- The House votes to censure Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) for his role in the Trump-Russia probe. The final vote was 213 to 209. Schiff becomes the 26th member of the House to be censured, which is the second most-serious mode of discipline in the House, just below expulsion.
Six GOP members voted present. Reps. David Joyce (R-OH), Michael Guest (R-MS), Andrew Garbarino (R-NY), Ken Buck (R-CO), John Rutherford (R-FL) and Michelle Fischbach (R-MN).
