I love all Bruno’s food videos. They are amazing
One sip probably gonna kill me😅 cause I am allergic to walnut
That's nuts 🐿
In my family we also make it for at least 3 generations, still adding the leaves is new for me. Maybe it enhances the flavour. I will try with adding leaves this year. Thanks. And we also pair it with walnut based desserts 😊
My goodness, I had forgotten about this one! So many years have passed, I will definitely try to have some when I go back to my hometown in the SW of France (Gers). Thank you for bringing back these memories.
Wow I will try at home I have to lots of walnut tree
I only had Véndénoa once in my life and imma never forget is taste
Love the new logo
wow, no words, how about GORGEOUS
Thanks Bruno. When I lived in Sonoma, CA, my son and I used to make Nocino. On St. John's Day (June 24), we would gather the new crop of green walnut from local abandoned walnut orchards. We'd take the fruit home and make the liqueur. Thanks for bringing back some happy memories. Sante!
Indeed! lovely story 🌞
Nice!
More like Bruno Albooze
I’m sure I’d love it, it seems to me I can feel it’s smell even:))
Lovely!
Chez mes parents il y avait des chiffons comme ça sur les bonbonnes. Ça m'a toujours intriguée. Donc on trouve déjà des noix en juin...
Et vous vendez vos bouteilles ? Je vois de belles étiquettes
Nice
How do you remove the rest of the leaves and walnuts after the fermentation from that bottle?

❤❤😊😊❤
Dude, if I live in Florida can I get Walnuts at the gas station? We only have coconuts and guns growing on trees here.
What foods or dishes would you pair this with? Also, do you think this method would work with other nuts such as Almonds or Pecans?
That's a spirit not a wine. However, coffee base desserts would pair well with. No other nuts are recommended to make this kinda spirit.
What other things can we do this with? Fruits in particular, since I don't want to take my wife to the emergency room for drinking liquid death. 😅
The ONLY Way to taste it, is to Make it....HA!!
Oui oui ;)
Are these black walnuts or what we call english walnuts? I made syrup from black walnut sap last year, it was delicious, but too much effort for the tiny result.
oke, and how to make the alcohol? 😁😁👍👍
Purchase a winery 😎

Yeah...don't go around picking random trees that you don't own. That doesn't sit well with the actual owners.
Usually owners are happy to offer that kind of belongings.
Remain polite and don't exaggerate taking the nuts (too many or in their yard or whatever)
