- One of the most expensive hotels here on the island my Trinbago Vibes peeps, we spent a few days at the Hyatt Regency Hotel here in Trinidad and Tobago, and I thought why not vlog a day here, so join us as we spend the day exploring this hotel

Boss upload brother. I was only hoping and saying I wish you tried the sushi. And you're absolutely right. Its by far the best sushi in Trinidad and Tobago. And its like art work on your plate. Shout out to the staff its always a good time at Hyatt and that powerful hot shower and the tricks you can do in that shower. Oh wow. Memories bro my wife and myself have to go back for a two days soon. One love from beautiful Trinidad and Tobago ❤ 🇹🇹.

Short and sweet..I also like staying at our local holiday spots. There is a place called Anise resort and spa in Sans Souci that both of you can check out. Quite expensive but a whole experience. 👌👌
What's the price range at Anise?
Will be checking that out, hopefully sometime this year

I love me some Hyatt. Comparing to all the Hyatt Regency I have stayed, this one is the ultimate best. The staff is amazing, the rooms are spotlessly clean amd the service is phenomenal. My only regret is that I didn't go in the pool. But, there is always a next time. Can you do a vlog of the Radisson? I have heard of mixed reviews of that hotel. Great job with your vlogs and looking forward to more. They are reminder for me who is away from home....

@@TrinbagoVibes lets hope so! I have stayed in the Radisson brand and it is a hit and miss. The best Radisson brand is Radisson Blu. Very modern, chic and swanky.
Hyatt Trinidad has the best interior decoration from the reception all the way to the rooms, construction and the only one with the bathroom in the room.

Rajeev, I have been working at home from the start of the Covid pandemic. One of my cousins have recommended a few channels for me to view and Trinbago Vibes have become a favorite. I do look forward to your videos as they are always interesting with the historical stops on the island. And the food, I am always hungry after watching. Stayed here in June. Loved it. May try radisson next. Heading there April 2023. How much better is the Hyatt??
I’m not sure, as I haven’t stayed a night at the Radisson (hopefully I’ll review it in 2023) but the view for breakfast/brunch is far superior at the Radisson
most hotels (at least away) even the cheap ones have ice machines on every floor
Yup, I realized this after, but until this one, I lived in ignorance
Yeah the room rate is high even with the buffet for me at least. To each their own but looks nice though and your content is always on point. Do you know if the hotel on the EMR in St Augustine is still operational? It was the IBIS hotel way back and then it was changed to Emerald. All I can find online is Emerald plaza but nothing about the hotel.
That’s for 2 people, but yeah it’s one of the more expensive ones here, and the time I visited was not peak season. As for EMR, I’m not sure but I believe it was converted to apartments and part of it became the plaza today
There is nice went for a weekend and had breakfast there three times.

$3200 TTD ($471 USD) for 2 nights for my wife and myself, breakfast included and this would have been around the middle of the year

Lunch by the pool came up to around $600 ttd (cuz we had some drinks as well, the food itself was around $300) and dinner was around $400 TTD

It was around $105 TTD for one of the 4 rolls and I believe $135TTd for the other 4 pieces…that’s the price you would normally pay for 8 rolls/pieces in any other sushi restaurant on the outside

Depends: if you’re at the sushi bar $400-$500 for 2 peeps, at the restaurant itself, probably around $500-$600 TTD for two peeps
