Used to go there on day trips to Bournemouth before I lived here. Especially look forward to Tucktonia & loved the round motor boats. Thanks for sharing
A great big thank you for putting this footage on You tube. I used to work at Tucktonia. It takes me back to Happy Summers in the 80s. It should still be in Christchurch, it was good for the town.
Do you have any footage of Swap Shop visit or Bournemouth carnival I was the Tuckton Robin mascot & was on Swap Shop when they visited in 1982 I also worked there & my parents run the railway then built Moors valley railway x

Very interesting, most of the trains on here now rest at the Moors Valley Railway
