I tried
in rufus, you set partition scheme to gpt/uefi non csm, but in bios you set csm enabled. is it necessary bro?
It is. I thought so too before. That Rufus setting made me confused as the installation failed until I enabled CSM in the BIOS

Well, there are many possible root causes of the blue screen of death. I'm not sure which one you got, but as I mentioned in the video's description, this is mainly to fix the boot manager issue and the missing DVD drive device driver error.

After you open the Archives.org link in this video's description, go to the Download Options on the right side of the page, click ISO IMAGES, and then choose the preferred ISO file (x86 or x64). Then simply click the link to download the file.

What's your storage type? Is it NVMe SSD? Some people say that Windows 7 has this problem with nvme, and there doesn't seem to be a guaranteed solution for this problem. Sorry, I can't help.
