The thing to remember though, is that in less than 6 months, the original holders of this stock will be able to sell. And by then other people might be attracted to buying pushing the stock price up. The Enterprise value is not the same as the net value. But when has that ever stopped an American from making a stupid investment?
When they do sell in less than 6 months they will have hundreds of millions of dollars. That has real impact. Especially if the person that you want to do something is running up a country and oh is that country hundreds of millions of dollars. You see how it works?
Anyone who's a stockholder of this company basically will be able to threaten to sell or tank the companies stocks otherwise they will provide some sort of resource to Trump and exchange for favors. It's not really about the money itself it's the fact that there are people holding it.

If you're an American - I'm not, and nowhere near America - you'd grasp that it's a hugely limited product that, at its absolute best, appeals to significantly less than half the adult population, many of whom aren't exactly socioeconomically flush with cash.
Then factor in the majority advertising houses and advertisers who continue to steer well clear of it, further strangling it of cashflow.
Then factor in its management structure - largely comprising Trump Loyalists and toadies, but not credible, experienced social media and tech figures.
Then account for its inability to expand internationally, and thus fall under the fines and laws of external watchdogs and regulators.
Put all that together - and, if you're an adult American, you have absolutely no excuse in the world not to know of, and consider, all of the above - and you have a vanity product which isn't remotely worth billions, and which could only have been running at a loss on a one-way trajectory.

I had a company which on day one had 150 million shares and I was selling them at a dollar a piece. Nobody bought them. Today I own about 149.999 million shares in the same company and I am broke. So, the share price is nothing until sold and Trump must advise the market whenever he makes a sale.
