With the heart of a phoenix, he sets the arena ablaze, as he plays as the new Draconic Ninja, Fai, Rising Rebellion. Great game guys! Excellent showcasing of the heroes and the matchup. I know Clark personally and it is great to see fantastic community members getting an opportunity to be put on display! Clark has been a long time Bravo main, and he hasn't wavered when the new shiny heroes come around. He stays committed and just adjusted his play style and deck construction to fit the current meta! Gotta love people who stick to their guns!

      another interesting proposition on that big turn would be to use the art of war with tunic counter to banish a flame from hand. gives up on the double phoenix form with all 3 modes which clark played around masterfully, but possibly increases the raw damage of the turn enough to make the difference. obviously easier to identify in hindsight. great performances all around!

    Hi, I'm new to the game. How come Clark played attacker twice in a row? The 1st is at 27:00, and when that round ended they both drew cards and Clark attacked again. Thanks.

      @ManSantFaB Před rokem +3

      Hi! So I (Ethan), didn't have any cards left in hand after Clark's turn, so I just passed my turn since I had nothing to do. Clark then gets to lead into his turn unimpeded- one of Bravo's huge strengths is doing exactly that, force your opponent to not have a turn!

    Why does Crown or Bone Head Barrier prevent damage form the Shukos but Spectral Shields or an Ash with Ward for example would not?
    Crown says „….prevent the next 1 damage…“ and the Shukos says: „Damage that would be dealt by this can't be prevented“.
    I don‘t get it 👀🤷🏻‍♂️

    minute 16. u should of just kept rouse in arsenal and just dominate the cripling. he cant prevent the crush anway. so he still loses atleast 2 cards. and u deal the same amount of damage but u keep rouse in arsenal.

    • @clarkjansen2048
      @clarkjansen2048 Před rokem +1

      I think in the moment, swinging with 18 damage considering the life totals sounded better. If he's got a def react in arsenal or Art of War in hand he can easily prevent the crush

  • @luckylosers2601
    @luckylosers2601 Před rokem

    His hit for ten that brought him to 6, how did he get that 2 extra power? If you pitch during your attack reaction, and that meets the hammer requirements, does it gain 2 mid attack?

    • @datacl9144
      @datacl9144 Před rokem +1

      To my understanding yes, he triggered Anothos requirements from his attack reaction pitch and added the +2 since the chain was not resolved yet.

  • @Josh-99
    @Josh-99 Před 2 lety

    I can't help but feel like most forms of aggression pale in comparison to Dominate + big attack with disruption. It's what made Starvo so good, and now that Starvo is gone the concept just gets replaced with the older original card.
    This is why we are seeing so much Prism right now: she blocks well and has good Defensive Reactions, and she can make Bravo waste time and resources attacking auras. Anything that doesn't have BOTH of those crumble to whatever Bravo deck is available, since you don't have the option to just take damage and put your game plan into place when the disruption is ripping your hand apart.
    I'm not saying that it's a problem or needs to be changed, but it's AMAZINGLY frustrating to throw out a big turn with 20+ damage and just have the Bravo player repeated say "no blocks" followed by them seizing tempo for the rest of the game.

  • @frostyrevenge8480
    @frostyrevenge8480 Před 2 lety

    Bravo is legend status, so he's not even playable in tournaments anymore.
