I glued my pages together with lots of glue stick:( Live and learn. They are a bit crunchy but it is my first altered book, so much different from my usual scrapbooking. Love recycling and freecycling so this is a great idea. Plus I'm always looking for a portable paper craft. Scrapbooking, for me, takes too much planning and packing. TFS

Love Love Love this video...thanks for sharing. I prepped a book today and you make the taring of the pages look so easy. When I did it a good many of the pages tore off and stuck out to far from the spine. So I had to go and tear it smaller. Some tore but I am going to try to salvage it. Thank you again. Blessings!

Yes, I like the altered book full of pockets. This is great and I can't wait to make my first one! I helped my hostess make one using a different method but it had signatures. I love knowing how to do it so cleanly. Thanks for the tutorial.

Hi Irina, I am a new subscriber. And I am a recent altered journal. I have very little resources. When I came across your channel --I loved it !!! I do not have a sewing machine , at this time, to do the edges. But I have started one like yours--and I using paper from a wallpaper book. So far it is looking very nice. Thanks for the good ideas. My prayers are with you and your Mother. I am blessed to have a wonderful daughter in law and two sons who help me --as I have some trouble getting around. Blessings to you. That is what I have been doing wrong, I could never get my pages to lay flat like yours. Great tip.
