Sony straight up has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I can't get a real human through either the chat or the phone and it's driving me up a wall. Been locked out of an account for 7 years now and they just refuse to even TRY helping me.
Don’t worry I got through with a real human being ONCE and still was no help once so ever still locked out of my account and all my games with hundreds of hours I’m broke so I can’t buy ANY game and I’m basically fucked bc the “human” was zero help. Thanks Sony.
Giving them your email and gamertag means absolutely nothing. You need your credit card information and last transactions you made they will need the transaction numbers unless you give them that info they will NOT recover your account
if i till them i know one of my emails to my account but its suspended and I have a account on there that when my friends came over they have a account it's it possible for them to see all my old account and till me because I'm going to be sad if all my fortnite skins are gone forever I had like 2000 dollars worth of skins and games

What if you have your email and your password..but it goes straight to the 2 step verification thing and it tells you that it's gonna send a code number to your mobile....and then it never does...and then you go to the support page but you get a bot to chat with that can help you....if you just enter your email and password...that then sends you to the 2 step thing again...and never sends you the code you need in the first place????

Call ps customer service. They will ask for you sign-in ID then your first and last name and phnoe number for verification purposses. Tell them you forgot your password and they will send you an email which will let you change your password. It shouldnt take more than 24 hours to recieve that passworld reset email.

How do you fix it when it say This email address is already associated with Sony account. Use a different email address or sign in to the existing account.
So it’s not that easy. You have to provide info to PlayStation like numbers off the PlayStation that the account was created on, or email and you have to be able to access it, or they can reset to a new email but you have to be able to provide purchase data. Nice try but it’s not as easy and a couple clicks.
