Excellent project. Congratulations on the initiative to share your knowledge. I'll try to reproduce it from here in Brazil. Do you have a video with step-by-step assembly?
Bonjour ! Incroyable ! Salutations.
Have you ever tried to use 2 4mm filament instead 1 8mm filament? I mean, using 2 4mm filament it would be possible to produce a twice long filament. It would reduce the amount of junction.
I have a problem with the machine, if I configure the thermo to 215 ºC for example it fluctuates, it goes to 222 ºC and then turns off for a couple of seconds, and whenever it reaches smth below 210 ºC it turns on again, and with this our plastic becomes fragile and the motor doesn't have enought torque. Is there anything electrical we could do, or any recommendation from you? Ty very much.
Press and hold SET to enter the parameter setting option. Set the parameter P01 to 0. This will decrease the hysteresis and it should help. I don't know if you have exatly the same heatblock and holder. but in general bigger heatblock will help for temperature stability. You can also set the temperature a little bit higher so it will oscilate arround temperatures when the material will be still soft.
Hi, I'm also starting to get closer to this world but I have a problem which is that I don't know how to join the filaments produced by each bottle, I saw a machine on CZcams called slunaz ff1r, whose function is to join the pieces of filament, but I don't know how it can be, has anyone tried it?
Pěkné. Super. Gratuluji. Jen otázka : Na kterých tiskárnách pak tisknete s vyrobenými filamenty? Nedovedu si představit, že bych tento filament cpal do tiskárny za 45000,- Kč. Sračku do sračky!
It's the best model of PET Machine, that I found on youtube. Thank you, sir!
É uma das melhores que já vi. Parabéns...
Thank you so much for this video explanation 👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻
