Ingredients for 2 servings:
9 ounces minced meat (250 grams)
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
Some black pepper
1 garlic clove
2 ounces onion (50 grams)
Bunch of parsley
1 yellow pepper
3.5 ounces gouda cheese (100 grams)
1 red pepper
2 tortillas
Some oil
Ketchup

Now were talking!!! This tortilla looks delicious! I made your pizza recipe this past weekend and just tweaked it a bit but overall, the same recipe. I always put more veggies on top than meat and probably use more garlic than most people are use to😉 But as far as I'm concerned, if you start off with a really good crust and great sauce then your going to end up with a fabulous pizza and this recipe is great! As always, thank you for sharing these amazing recipes.
