It's actually quite simple, only allow desired outcomes to float around in your head, discard all negative thoughts, takes a lil practice but eventually it'll become habit. And only subject yourself physically to positive energies.

I’ve seen this work in my life time and time again. It works, sometimes we just get to lazy or we just get so used to thinking a certain way. Try changing your thoughts. You will probably be surprised.
I prayed for the life I live. Now I cant help but think of my family that is 100’s of thousands of miles from me.
Your thoughts are things, they have power
Although I haven’t seen how it works for positive things but I can say from years of experience that thinking negatively about the outcome of things does in fact manifest a bad outcome just like the guy being explained in the beginning. Took me so many years, failures, hits in the head for me to see that I’m the one ruining my life.

Paranjothi Mahan’s method for meditation works for me . Find the right guru
Start by closing your eyes, sitting up right, and pay attention to your breath. Think of the sensation of the breath. Thoughts will come up, and you might even get lost in some, but once you realize you stopped paying attention to your breath, just think of your breath again and just bring back your attention. Start doing this for 12 min a day, and build from there. There's many meditations, but that can get you started.
