Oh, god! You are talking about the best actor ever, he is the only one who make humor, no matter if you speak English and no matter where you are. The truth is he is exaggerating the role but, he caricature the British society in a funny way!!

Mr Bean might be relatable across many languages and cultures, but I’ve always thought it was just a bit naff. Blackadder on the other hand…genius…and it gets better as it goes on. Not the nine o’clock news is also worth looking up.

I really really like Mr Bean, I have laughed a lot with him. He was pretty famous some years ago, maybe a little less famous now, but I continue to enjoy his humour anyway.
Does Mr Bean represent the British? Well, the opening ceremony for the Olympics was starred by the Queen, 007, and Mr Bean, so I'd say, for the rest of the world, yes.

I am autistic and I don't feel offended by Mr. Bean at all. Some of his shorter films I think are funny. I don't like the longer ones. They are kind of boring and not too funny.

Mr. Bean is known here in Egypt yet he isn't my cup of tea, I find him a kind of exaggerated but this may be due to cultural differences.
I'm currently watching a series called "Dad's Army", it makes me laugh a lot and teaches me about British culture during WWII, what I like about it is how the actors behave naturally yet they're very funny, sometimes it's their over seriousness in telling silly stuff that makes me laugh 😃 Also as a former soldier I relate to a lot of the funnies of militray life 😆

Mr.Bean is a universal character and this sort of types can be seen all around world like Charlie Chaplin therefore, his character is not unique I mean is not just relevant with British humour. This type silly things humour are for Boomer generation. For most new generation is not funny at all.
