How is Holmes’s missed intercept a yellow card? She genuinely tried to take that ball and would’ve been under the posts at the other end. The yellow card is supposed to be for an ‘illegal’ knock down and negative play.
Agreed, but I think it her reaction didn't help her case. She might've had a better outcome if she'd reacted differently. I think she thought that it was going to be a yellow because she didn't catch it and that it was in a try-scoring position for the other team. It's usually always going to be a yellow, even if you make a genuine attempt but knock the ball on. Stupid imo, but them's the breaks.

Stop calling it a "knock down" . The infringement is called an intentional knock on - whether it goes down or up.
Yellow card for a legal tackle, oh it's Tui, that's right. She's not allowed to get hurt like Reece.
Yeah this "head shot" business has beyond ridiculous now. They've basically made it impossible for a big body to nail a smaller body. I would love to be able to fast forward 20 years to see if any of this has had an impact on long term head trauma.

Why aren't the Kiwi teams playing against their Aussie counterparts like the mens teams ,this is why SH is so far behind NH teams ,less International competition,yes we won the World Cup at Eden Park ...
just ,as a result of a line-out turnover ,NH teams are already playing their 6 Nations tournament .Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand Rugby bosses still don't believe women deserve equal opportunities in sport ,but are happy to accept the roses when our women win tournaments (against all odds and with little International competition)🤔🤪☻😡🤔🤪☻😡
@@hwrh51exactly, that’s what I’ve been saying. Why not combine both comps and this way it’ll benefit both parties and help them improve together. But I would think nz teams would blast the Australian teams away
