    The amount of Respect that Alistair and Havier have for each other is Tremendous Two Legends who changed Triathlon, and made it exciting.

    Great to see how much respect these two clearly have for each other - and for the other athletes too.

    Awesome video T100 - thanks! Two very well-balanced ambassadors of our sport, being a Brit, the Brownlee’s certainly put Triathlon on the British sporting map, and almost singlehandedly provided the sporting grants awarded from their Olympic medals to propel British Triathlon on the upward trajectory it took … Alistair if on the start line will always be a force to be reconned with and is level headed enough to understand IF his legs can hold-up possesses a very good run pedigree.
    Eventually age catches up with all of us, yet if we are fortunate enough to inspire others then our journeys are never totally self-centred.

    Great interview. Waited for that for years.
    I actually believe Alistair should have gone long course racing after gold in Rio. 🥇.

    These are the true triathletes. Smart, down to earth and humble. These are the true heros of the sport. The new ones are horrible like the Sam Laidlow for instance...

    I thought Javier is already retired.

    Short course GOAT and the runner-up short course GOAT. Love it. Now get the overall triathlon GOAT in there to KB these two about long distance racing...

      KB is a legend, but not on a level of Gomez or Alistair. Not even close

    • @markwt2680
      @markwt2680 Před měsícem +1

      ABrownlee and JFrodeno for example are on a different level compared to KB. KB was a nobody before the last Olympics 4 years ago. Let’s see what happens in
      July in Paris.

    • @juancarlosjuancarlos4629

      @@markwt2680 and Gomez had 10 world cup wins from 20 starts already in 2008 before winning his 1st world title. It is 50% winning percentage. Blumi had like 10% winning percentage in his peak years racing ITU.
      It was 15 years ago when Gomez peak and 12 years ago when Alistair peak, so many fans forgot what an athletes they were. Frodo also one of the best ever. Blu is hardly in TOP10

      @juancarlosjuancarlos4629 - Agreed - I remember watching AB and Gomez battling it out in world Cup races and then the Olympics. True greats of the last 15 years alongside JF. 👍👍👍
