    After two successive Olympic halfpipe silvers, Hirano Ayumu finally got the gold. The Japanese snowboarder pipped Australia's Scotty James to the Beijing 2022 title, with US legend Shaun White making an emotional goodbye to the Olympics.

      @Olympics Japanese judge gave the highest points of 97 to the Japanese athelete isnt this bias?

    • @majimahou
      @majimahou Před 2 lety +5

      @@alpha-wz4dy Sweden gave the highest points. Even if Japan gave 10 for his 3rd run, he would get 95.50. If you say like that, I can say USA gave 89 for his 2nd run (91.75) and 96 for the 3rd run after Shaun White finished with 85 (Japan gave 85). Switzerland gave 90 for the 2nd and 95 for the 3rd after Jan Scherror finished with 87.25 (Japan gave 88). But giving scores seems very tough. I believe USA and Switzerland were fair.
