    disclaimer: the first statemebt is based on my keen observation, and does not reflect me as a citizen.
    Sisig is a usually "pulutan" or snack when drinking since it can be a finger food. some prefer it spicy, but more often, it goes well with rice (previous videos) that's why it's also a famous "ulam" (dish) in meals.

      I like it spicy but not the korean crazy spicy level. And you can also have it on a daily basis ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) when never you feel like having it. And ofcourse with rice. 😊😊

    - we also have Sisig-Burger here in the Philippines so I think it's kind of similar taste with what you've made .. and yes the locally made Sisig is way delicious and scrumptious than the one in can.

    I didn't know that there is Sisig in a can .
    I know where to get it because there's many Filipino Supermarket here in Vegas & California .
    That's one of my favorite dishes especially on a grilled .
    It's true anything you buy in a can you have to saute it with lots of garlic & onions .
    I enjoyed your Cooking Session again and I'm glad you're getting more Ads & Subscriber .

    Next time, try sautéing the garlic first; when color changes to slightly brown, add the onions. When onions become semi translucent, add the canned sisig (or any meat, poultry, seafood). This is how sautéing is normally done in the Philippines and it applies to any sauteèd dish. Just a friendly tip.

    Chicken sandwich spread Filipino style is boiled shredded chicken chopped cooked carrots seasons with spices and relish blended in creamy mayonnaise 👍👌try this also we ate this for breakfast also. Yummy!!

    Protip: if you're going to cook the canned Sisig, add some crushed Chicharon (if you're able to get some again) for that extra crunch! Also as others have commented, try Adobo as well. Actually try to researach about Adobo Flakes as well

    by the way guys that’s just the tip of the iceberg. The local sisig was made of Pork Ears and Mask (make it soft and then fry it after to make it crunchy)
    we put both Red Chili and Green Chili (All local sisig does have it 🙂), Onions, Soy sauce.
    Then last part, Calamansi and Mayo on top. Hope you could make this Local Sisig on your next video👌🏼

    For me, the canned sisig is better when sauteed until dry! Try corned beef sandwich! Sauté the corned beef also until dry. Add chopped onions and garlic midway so that it’s still crunchy.

    Sisig usually with fresh egg serve on a sizzling plate and a squeeze of calamnsi to balance the taste. We dont usually used sisig in a sandwhich instead we used tuna sandwhich. Sisig great for beer pairing or with rice..variety of techniques and version of sisig as well depending on the places.More power to the 3 of you..All the best!!!♥️♥️♥️

    Sisig is also spicy here in philippines we put small slices of green chili pepper too while sautee the sisig and it’s better with egg sautee together in sisig and make it a bit crispy cook.

    If you want to cook good sisig, i suggest you get your pork belly, grill or panfry it, and get a SISIG MIX from the filipino shop and just follow the instructions. add a lot of onion and chili. top it with crushed chicharon. that's how i cook it here in Australia. please please please try it!!! ❤️

    Instead of using the spicy sauce, add thinly sliced chili instead in sautéing the canned sisig and squeeze a quarter of lemon if no calamansi.. Then, try coating your prepared sisig sandwich with beaten egg, flour and lastly breadcrumbs the deep-fry... Imagine the crunchiness.
