This is not only a horror film, it is also a British English learning lesson in a practical way
😂😂
That is not british english...that is retard english
Thank goodness you clarified the language issue. At some point it sounded like Thai to me...
What language are they talking about?didn't inderstand any thing

I wonder how many times I have met ghosts on the street, without realizing it.
@Spiritual Nature she means that anyone could be a ghost and we wouldnt know
For all you know you may very well have.
Zero times. They don't exist.
@Spiritual Nature no it's just energy recorded from the past.
@Spiritual Nature the stone brick theory is more believable than ghosts.
It’s understandable that she’d be uncomfortable from seeing a random stranger at a lone bus stop. However it’s sad that he’s the ghost of someone who probably died of an overdose, but was maybe ignored since people don’t want to interact with “crazy addicts” on the street.
It’s a sad chilling ghost story.
Usually people don't put flowers and photos of someone dying of overdose. Maybe a car accident?
@@master1900mc you don't think drug addicts have family/friends who care about them?
@@starrchild1080 yeah but they put flower and photos on the tombstone, not on a random bus stop where they ODed
@@master1900mc sometimes they do
@@starrchild1080 Yeah. It's literally like a missing child's case, or some of the police problems here in America. Family and friends respect the actual place the person died in, because honestly it feels more connected. Like the last place you know, they knew, you loved them.
damn, that ending was so deep. From what i got, he was irritating people(not on purpose) and he was lonely and depressed, no one paid attention to him or wanted to talk to him, which made him overdose and die. However depression can still be considered horror for those who dont know.
I'm pretty sure he was on multiple drugs, overdosed on pills, and died. He vomited pills earlier in the film. He's so chatty because he's high as fuck. But he didn't mean to scare her, he could have hurt her but didn't, only wanted to chat. Really sad.
It is a horror in itself.
Depression is just an excuse for people to not go to work or school
@@mdashrafuzzamansunny2145 what does this gotta do with it?
@mdashrafuzzamansunny2145 you couldn't be more wrong, you clearly have never had family members or friends that have gone through depression.
That's more sad than scary. He overdosed on pills and killed himself. He just wanted someone too talk too really, he meant no harm. :(
Terrance Silvermist Benjamin poor ghost
What a thought... Awesome
You didn't understand he was dead did u see the end
FUB Lz ARE YOU STUPIDDDDDDD
Eeeeeeeexactly............😭😭😭😢😢
This is sad.. Not horror.
It was heartbreaking hearing "it's alright, ive been for years"
oh yes :(
he said so what?
Is horror!!!
Aww agree :(
I mean many ghosts in horror movies have died from suicide or other pretty sad deaths, that does not mean this shouldn't classify as horror
This was very sad! The moment he OD'ed and said "its allright I've been here for years" made me cry so bad, the poor guy, even in death reliving his last moments over and over again 😞
This makes me want to help people struggling out there. This had me on the verge of tears.
Do be cautious when you do it. Dark areas usually have evil in them.
What the fuck it's just a horror flick.
This makes me wants to ignore the crazy people like him at all times no matter where I am
It also made me cry for all the lost and lonely people.
Yes, help people out there.
And get stabbed or robbed or both.
I understand your empathy but.
Be very careful.
That man was not bad he was just alone , I feel bad....
Hey Baby I get the feeling he was describing to her what he got up to the last night he was alive, sounds a bit dodgy lol
I know. Made me almost get emotonal
Hey Baby Same
Hey Baby ikr
So he died ages ago kinda weird
"I have to save my batteries" *sits down and goes on her phone*
Because people NEVER do that...
cool cat lol
cool cat honestly, me too.
cool cat ikr so dumb
cool cat me af 😂
This should be titled "Lonely"
Title should be" The silence of soul"
I’m gonna cry💀😩
This is a very good portrayal of the very real problem of depression and suicide in young men. Longing for help, longing for acceptance, longing for friends, longing for meaning. It wasn't horrific in the classic horror sense, but it was immensely sad as a portrayal of lost people who never found the way.
Here's what the guy says:
"Oy Cinderella! Been here long have You?
Lucky for some. Fucking Mickey mouse buses, feels like I've been here for years, know what I mean?
So what, you've been out having fun with your pals, have You? Yeah bet you like to have a bit of fun.
Oy! Nearly got on there I did. It's going the wrong way isn't it. You don't want to go to Uxbridge. I want to go to Ruislip. You're going to Ruislip, aren't You?
Earphones? What are you listening to?
Oy wait there, trotters.
I went to this house party tonight. I got kicked out, got the hump (means I got angry) didn't I. Yeah I was knocking out a bit of coke. I was doing it at 40, this other geezer (man) was doing it at 50, didn't like it one bit, caused a massive stink so I had to go.
It's alright, been here for years. "
I'm from London so this was easy for me to understand.
Wrong, he said: "Limey, limey, cheerio, fuckin' pikey, soddin' bollocks, bangers and mash, time for tea, know wha I mean?"
I’m from NZ and I understood all of what he was saying
Thank you
thank you guys
I am from Europe and I understood 😆
The guy talks so fast with his accent I can't understand most of what he says to her...otherwise...creepy as hell loved it!!
Filed Away Nails It becomes worst when English isn't your mother language.
Filed Away Nails same
That was the scariest part. Also, this being an English short you know bad teeth were gonna show up at one point.
Filed Away Nails i do find it a little bit hard understanding the conversation at the first time... and yeah, english is not my native tongue... anyway, what kind of english accent is this? I hear it like a british accent but i am not sure anyway...
+Ali Ghozali it's a London accent
"I know there's a monster in the bathroom but I have to use the toilet." Horror movie logic 5/5
These are the most British people I've ever seen in my life..... "aye govnaa"
She needs to save her battery so she uses her phone...
I do that when I want to be distracted from a stranger/seem busy. In this case, at night, damn right my phone would be on. In this particular situation, it'd be on the dial screen with 911 ready.
It's more logical than you think.

People in the ghost hunting community report that their batteries drain whenever a ghost is nearby. For example, people will change batteries in cameras just to suddenly have full batteries die in seconds. Kind of reminded me of that.
The moment when he said it's all right I've been here for years and when she turns around and he's not there sent me a bunch of chills up my spine but at the same time it actually made me cry due to the fact that he dropped a bunch of pills makes me question if he committed suicide on that platform years ago, and now regrets taking his own life, so he just wants to fit in like he did when he was alive"
In Islam it is said that who ever commits suicide he will keep killing itself the same way again and again until the day of judgement because suicide is haram. Be strong no matter what bro
According to certain traditions, people who died unexpectedly and violently (I'd call this violent) can become confused and trapped in 'loops', unable to move on to another plane of existence.
Absolutely brilliant film. Really did not expect the twist, and I’m so glad it wasn’t overplayed.
Jacksepticeye just showed this on his channel. Really pleased to have been introduced to you. Excellent script, superb pacing and well directed. Bright futures for all of you x

Must watch it brother
Wow your lines are so meaningful I got goosebumps reading it
Agreed.
I don't think that he has to "pay" for being a drug addict, but rather that he is still there because no one was there for him when he died - there probably was a woman sitting across from him who tried to ignore him and just left him lying there, thinking he passed out. And now this 'Cinderella' finally set him free.
Drug abuse often doesn't start out of fun but rather sadness/pain/a traumatic situation; not the old "experimenting with drugs" but self-medicating!
The Generation Z has so much sympathy for people with social anxiety, yet none with those who try to fight it by all means possible.
Your name isn't really Jonbenét Porsch, isn't it?! BTW, if you are referring to the car it's Porsche, not Porsch.
That “man” has never assaulted her. A good one who just wants a chat.

This honestly hits close to home i've seen slot of people on drugs really struggling to survive in my area, this was really realistic. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I honestly loved it. I thought it was creative and simple. I loved the acting and the flow of the short was seamless. I personally would categorize this as a thriller more than a horror but I still loved it. I hope I can come up with something creative like this when I make a short film. Keep up the good work guys!
More sad than scary for me.
that absolute rarity - a good horror short on CZcams. Very good pacing and acting, and, yes, rather sad in the end.

This is such a lot to pack into such a short film, but it works so well. Genre-bending and really interesting. Nice to see!
The ending make me sad, cause he die in this place :(
I just found this genre...."short horror films" ill be watching these all night now
Not what I was expecting. Great story and use of the time, absolutely brilliant.
I came here to give my praise, i love this short film so much. I saw the twist ending coming from the moment he pulled out the pills. But it happened either so abruptly, or in a completely different way than I thought. Either way, it was magnificent 8 years down the line.
Very good. Unpredictable which most horror films are not..
Cinder Rella can you please explain me......i didn't get it
This was very very impressive!cheers! didn't see the ending coming. And it keeps the audience member forever nervous if they would one night be alone at a bus stop. really loved this.
Dang, this short just made me feel very, very sad. Dang. Well done though. Kudos to both the actors.
Wow, went a direction I wasn't expecting and it was deeper than I thought it'd be. Fantastic!

Honestly, out of all the CZcams short horror films that I have watched (and believe me, I've watched heaps of them) that was by far the best one.
Thanks, lostintimeline. I did watch it....spooky stuff!
Ah, what a sad movie.
"So what? I've been here for years." Rest in peace Paul Walker.
It seemed to me that he said " its alright, l have been here for years " and it felt very very touching and sensitive from my point of view ....somehow, he reassured her ,despite the fact that it was a tragiche and surreal moment .

I have never been this intrigued by any horror short like this before. This is a kind of short that stays in your mind and deeply affects you cuz it truly breaks your heart.
I cant even believe this masterpiece was created 10 years ago.
Loved watching this Film. Mark Jackson has done a wonderful job as the Writer, Director, DOP, and Editor of this Film. Both the actors - Alicia Bennett and Todd Von Joel have played their roles very well. Being a Horror Film sound is very important and David Sohanpal has done a good job. I am interested in watching more work of you lovely people.

This. This is a legendary work of art. Not only did it tell a hood horror story but at the end it showed what happens to those people ignored. To those who are called crazy addicts. Its a sad story. But the reality is that the deaths that happened here happen practically everyday.

This made me jump when he crossed the street. This made me feel he is creepy. But in the end I felt sad. I wonder how many lost souls do this to people late night... when they just want to talk to people... The last part where there are flowers and his picture, that last scene, it's a total tell tale of sadness.
Brilliant - unnerving and touching. Such a great last line.

I really liked this. A lot of horror movie makers forget, in their search for doom, that in many stories by classic horror authors and a lot of urban legends, too, the contact with a ghost is more just an encounter - a meeting; a brush with them and that different world, that lies just alongside ours - than the entity necessarily being malign. A tale can be *frightening* for the protagonist and the audience, without ultimately being lethal. It's refreshing to see that different sort of ghost story touched on, and in such a professional film at that. And the "sad, lonely chav ghost, stuck forever at the busstop where he died" in a very original and compellingly unique concept. Just absolutely outstanding work, all round.
It was well shot, scripted, conceptualised and cast. Simply a really great little film, and watchable in less time than it takes to boil the kettle.
You can be very proud of this one. :-)
Really Really nice......Didn't see the twist coming, but felt like I should have. When you pull that off, ala SIXTH SENSE....then you've done quite well
