no. it's (nu) metalcore. harajuku is fashion. Can kids stop making up new genres for every single artist they like? There's literally already a genre their music falls under. So stupid and doesnt even mean anything in the end.
Except that’s what Hanabie themselves call their music, so there’s that. I think they have every right to make up their own genre, it’s not like they are like anyone else in reality. Like the fashion, they are inspired by many different influences and all proudly presented in new and interesting ways. Anyway, did the creation of definitions just stop one day and we aren’t allowed to make more? That’s not how language works.
@@allanmoger1838 I'm sure they do. Nice PR from their side. "Anyway, did the creation of definitions just stop one day and we aren’t allowed to make more? " Nope. But definitions arent just created arbitarily either. But endulge me, how is their music different to nu metalcore?
@@andreaskarlsson5251 definitions are absolutely created arbitrarily- that is exactly how they are created, you have inadvertently shot your own argument right in the foot. I would also argue that every band on the planet could fit into the category of “nu metalcore” because it’s a ridiculous definition involving every genre ever. The first web site I came across proudly proclaimed that “beginning in 2014 thousands of bands sprung up….”. No they didn’t. Idiots. The next listings were all from Reddit and now your protestations make sense. Go back there and have a pedantic argument with those geeks - btw, there are no winners there. Hanabie are winners though, and they are Harajukucore.
yayyy puunk
You can really hear the Maximum The Hormone influence in this track.
