No shortage on lettuce THIS year! Last year I was home (Michigan) and we went to our favorite little hole in the wall Mexican restaurant. Hubs, Dad, and step mom got wet burritos. I ordered a crab chimichanga. Was told it wasn’t being served with lettuce because of the “shortage”. When our food came, I saw WHOLE SALADS on top of the burritos and not a single shred on my chimi! It felt like the Soup Nazi yelled “No lettuce for you!” It gave us all a good giggle. We still laugh about it! Stepmom said my face was priceless! My jaw definitely hit the table. The server, not very sharp, completely missed the look, the Soup Nazi comment, the repeated three times “No lettuce for YOU!”! and the hysterical laughter from our table snd the one across from us that heard it all!

That place went downhill. The hickory burger was their specialty & it was really good. The pie offerings were home-baked, one kind of fruit and one kind of cream pie each day, and good prices. But that was long ago. And it was a sit-down lunch counter, no outdoor seating.They must have sold out. Dang that area looks different😵💫

Tip bs. I love how everyone expects tips for their job now. I routinely tips for price gouged groceries from Walmart. Although the ol man started tipping cash on top of my electronic tip. So I started withholding my tip until after the delivery. I must say my deliveries got messed up until they just couldn't get a driver to bring my groceries. They don't even let you know they aren't coming. 37 hours late,they brought my order but I never got a phone call. I received a email 8 mins before they came. I never receiveda phone call or the groceries . They took out $180.00 anyway and told me to call my bank to dispute the charges. 🤬 TIPS have spoiled these people!!!

Then after everything is done with the animals and I am cooking and cleaning up my kitchen I look forward to a new video on all your YT channels.
