I always laugh when people watch Kathy on the Real Housewives and say that she is such a hilarious and dorky person.. From the get go I knew it didn’t match her personality from years before her appearance there. It was a pure PR move. People are so easy to manipulate!
Yep I read a while ago KH wanted to reignite the Hilton brand so she knew going on RH's would do the trick. And I reckon it did. I find her to be slippery and untrustworthy.
People do mellow as they age. Of course, you can't identify with Kathy Hilton. Her lifestyle has been so far removed from all of us. I think she's cool and I think she'd be a great friend.

this is why Paris was such a bad teenager and why Kathy put her in that special school, because Kathy was a terrible mother. You watch her on the Housewives and the woman doesn't know how to plug in a fan or how to take care of herself, and people think it's cute. I personally think Kathy is on tranquilizers most of the time, she seems happily drugged.

This is exactly why I believe the story about Kathy’s meltdown and calling the DJ at the club a f****t. Simple people think she’s just this sweet, kooky airhead who just likes to wear graphic tees and play pranks, but there have been many decade-old reports from family and staff that Kathy is selfish, self-centered, and volatile with a mean streak. There were also many videos online of Paris using racist and homophobic slurs before the Hilton got them removed. But one video still remains of Paris and her sister dancing at a party, using the N-word, calling people f****ts, and Paris calling someone a “broke hoodlum from Compton” and a “ public school bitch.” That is learned behavior and language, and who else would she have learned that from if not her parents? From watching her sister on Real Housewives, Kathy is mean. She treats Kyle like she’s optional and a pest. She Invited and uninvited her to Nikki’s wedding. And even then, only some of kyle’s daughters. Any sister that treats her little sister like that is gross and cold hearted. LVP was a better big sister to Kyle than Kathy appears to ever have been.

After watching the last season and the RHOBH reunion, it became very obvious to me that Kathy Hilton is an extremely toxic, fake and entitled person, who gets angry when she
doesn´t get things her way. Either it´s constantly trying to get PR for her alcohol on the show or not having the song she wanted played in the nightclub, but how it´s mostly evident, is the way she treats her sister Kyle. Kathy takes full advantage of Kyle´s genuine desire for their families to be in harmony with each other, and punishes her by giving her the silent treatment and cutting her off if Kyle doesn´t do as Kathy pleases. Kathy has sociopathic tendencies I belive, and is preying on Kyles true emotions, which gives Kathy a feeling of power. I belive Kathy is very jealous of Kyle, and I also belive Kathy´s children are suffering from Stockhom syndrome regarding their mother.
And VYLE Envious Richards does the EXACT SAME THING to Kim Richards, if not WORSE, actually. All fueled by extreme jealousy and envy towards the, true, star.

Kathy was AWFUL in Paris in Love. She wasn't even there for Paris when Paris needed her at the This is Paris documentary watch party to raise awareness about the troubled teen industry. Kathy acted like it was hard on HER, which as a mother, I can understand to an extent. But if you truly care for your daughter, you can accept your feelings of guilt and move past them by being at your daughter's side when she is being vulnerable. Also, Kathy fought Paris every step of the way with the wedding plans. Kathy is not a pleasant person.
Conrad Hilton had the right of it. If the family wants to take over, the kids have to start from the bottom and move on up.

Initially when i saw Kathy come to the show i loved her! After seeing Kyle and Kim , finally a sister that is very confident, composed with a very mature and collected posture and behaviour when spoken to and in times where she has something to say.
Yet in parallel she was a prankster, had a witty sense of humour, with her quirky routines and the whole " i dont give a damn about what people im so laid back type of person".
Completely the oposite of what we saw and heard from and about Kathy Hilton prior to joining RHOBH. And even in RHOBH the contradictory behaviour and personalities can be seen, from a daughter that literally copied Big Kathy (her mom) married rich and managed to create brand from her husbands last name while profiting the backs of her kids.
Same chilled out and dorky Kathy is at the same time a person that gets very upset when her and her family are not portrayed in the narrative that she wants. Proof is Aspen , a influental woman that is constantly in control and gets what she wants - doesnt get it, gets ignored and doesnt have the spotlight so she completely looses her sh*t.
She openly denied anything happened on Isntagram live video after that just to be caught in a lie when she realized that all the media are talking about it and too many people saw what happened so she had to "apologize". None of the women in the show are saints and they are all shady AF including Kathy.

When watching the season of 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' that Kathy was in she came across as someone very unrelateable, either snobby and oblvious or dumb and ditzy. I still liked watching her because she was never mean to anyone and Kyle seemed to like having her sister with her and it's always nice to see family supporting each other. I think that the possibility that the head of every generation wanted their children to understand what it takes to make money as opposed to getting everything handed to you which is not a bad thing. When it comes down to it we are all different and I believe that as long as you are not hurting others you are free to do as you please. The key words being ' not hurting others'.

"Hitch a ride", we call them clingers. I deal with a lot of wives who have been traded in for a newer model. They find that one super weak sympathetic friend with young kids and take over, control,and micro manage her entire life. Offering terrible advice, getting into spats with the husband, using that family to stay in the circle and country clubs.Eventually the husband will do one of two things. 1. It's her or me, make your choice. 2. Look for a newer model and get rid of the wife and clinger all together.

They have been together since they were very young. Seems like a decent marriage compared to most. Money does change people but Kathy has a niceness about her. Considering how Kathy & sisters were raised, I'd say she is just fine. Marrying 'up' is not a bad idea, btw.
