  • Homemade chicken sausage is natural and does not contain harmful additives. My channel is / receptik1 so you can give it to kids for breakfast or make a sandwich to school. Sausage from chicken turns out gentle and not fat. Such chicken sausage is cooked faster than from other types of meat.
    To prepare you do not need any special tools, it is done quite simply. You can cook the minced meat yourself from chicken meat by passing it through a meat grinder, a blender or finely chopping with a knife.

    Recipe:
    2.5 kg chicken .; carrots 1 piece; bow 1 piece; Beet juice 1-2 tbsp. spoons; gelatin 40 grams; chicken broth 300 ml .; paprika 1 tsp; nutmeg 1 / 2h. spoons; Allspice and peas to 7 pieces; bay leaf 1 piece; 1-2 cloves of garlic; vegetable oil 1 tsp; salt and pepper to taste.
    Cooking:
    Wash chicken, dry and boil with carrots and onions. The resulting broth is slightly salted, add bay leaf and pepper, cook until chicken is cooked. While the chicken is boiling, grate the beets on a fine grater and strain the juice through the gauze.
    Pour off some ready-made broth and dilute the gelatin in it, let it swell. Separate the chicken meat from the bone. Pieces of meat grind portions with a mixer in minced meat. Heat the swollen gelatin in a microwave (10-15 seconds) and pour into the remaining broth, mix well until smooth.
    Put the minced chicken in a deep bowl, pour in the broth with gelatin, beet juice, spice up the spices and crush the whole mass again with an immersion blender so that the mass looks like pate. Bring spices to her taste.
    Capacity to smear lightly with vegetable oil and pour the resulting chicken mass. Flatten, cover and refrigerate overnight (8 hours).
    After 8-12 hours, carefully remove the sausage-shaped mass with a spatula or knife.
    Cut and serve. Mustard and ketchup can be served with sausage. Enjoy your meal!!!
