* this is not a scientific experiment and only gives you a visual as to what could be going in your body and lungs.
* I personally do not smoke cannabis, cigarettes or vape. I made this video to show the accumulation and it is not without risk.
* many scenes were time lapsed and sped up to allow the eye to see the colour change in the cotton occur and what it could look like in your lungs.
* the smoke was exhaled between each Cannabis cigarette through an exhaust hose clearly shown in the video.
* the exhaust hose was placed 25 ft. up in a tree to allow the smoke to disperse and not affect me or anyone in the area
* I used breathing protection and multiple fans to keep the air around me safe during filming.
* anything you put in your lungs comes with risk.
* I think everyone agrees we must do our part to give our youth a good start in life and do our best to prevent them from taking up these very poor habits. If you are one of those people that smokes tobacco, cannabis or vape, never let younger people see you do it. If a youth sees an adult doing it, they think it's ok. As an adult, make sure you are out of sight if you must smoke while at home, not near schools, not around arenas or near parks. Do your part to help everyone raise healthy youth!

That and a few other things like the cotton balls a being a bad reputation of lungs b not having a mucus protective coating like you do c the device causing the smoke to stagnate inside it longer than you would have smoke inside your and tge reason why it stays in the jar until he pulled out the joint is tge same reason a bong works the joint acts like how the bowl on a bong works it's causing negative pressure inside causing the buildup of smoke remove the joint or the bowl and fresh air rushes in to expel the smoke if he put a second intake hole somewhere it would help cause it would cancel the negative pressure and let the smoke pass through the cotton at a better rate than sitting in it for far longer causing it to get more worse than it actually is

This is why I used a tincture method to consume it orally to treat my Crohn's and Multiple Sclerosis. Was able to dose it to just a minimum amount to make it effective and avoid getting intoxicated.
I've seen other people take two hits a day for M.S. which ends up being like 5-10 joints a month. One person actually reversed their chronic asthma as they combined it with Mullein and it seemed to stop their mast cell activity from fairing up.

Yeah there’s a few inaccuracies in the video but obviously are difficult to recreate so I dont blame him. Lungs clear themselves out and there was a study in 2012 that pot doesn’t affect lung function after 20 years of smoking. Also noone smokes this much at a time so that makes a big difference

hey chris i know its been five years but could you try doing this same video but instead with a bong? I believe the effects should be mostly the same but I would love to see the difference seeing as joints dont have any kind of filtration or cooling really while a bong has water to cool the smoke as well as filter some particulate matter before inhalation.
