Sonowolf is the DJ project of Alex, a lycanthrope with a peculiar taste for deep groovy, psychedelic and progressive sounds. Born in Canada but raised mostly in northern Portugal and Galicia, Spain, Alex was introduced to the techno and psytrance scene as a teenager. He fell in love with electronic music and has never let go. His travels have highly influenced his musical tastes, which he describes as "spiced" with influences from around the world, bringing a fresh twist to the genres he plays.
Sonowolf plays chunky, grooving beats with an eclectic vibe. He's an old dog with unexpected tricks.
