The negative self talk is not something that will ever go away but we must learn to manage it. Thoughts are often not always controllable, we’re not accountable for our thoughts. Increasing in Ibadah, rememberanxe of Allah, duaa, learning about deen, doing selfless acts, staying active (socially& physically), creating a positive mindset, and having people to talk to will help that. Establishing good habits and a good environment help less likely to have a stronger sense of negative self talk. Many times you need to be introspective to see if you have some trauma holding u back, check ur spirituality/relationship with Allah swt. You must also look externally, are you physically in good shape, is your sleep hygiene good, is the work your doing enjoyable, is social media effecting you, do you have toxic relationships. Brother Adnan and anyone else can’t just give you the solution off the bat. In reality You must learn to deal with it, let it pass the thoughts pass as u do with any other bad thoughts, and try to not give it the time of day. It is not something that goes away forever you cannot defeat it in its entirety, it’s a life-long thing you must learn to deal with.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته About going to uni at 14:00. It would’ve been important to discuss how if going uni means u will disobey Allah then one shouldn’t go regardless of their parents. For instance taking student loans, or mixed environments etc are all haram, Ustadh you should’ve mentioned that people should make a decision with consideration and speaking to a sheikh too.

Although I didin't get any of my questions answered(Maybe because i was late in posting questions) but Ima put it here 1) How to be good at Dawah like you, Ali Dawah and Mohammed Hijab? 2) How do we understand/ Know whom to follow as right now there's many organizations who claims to be Islamic governed but we don't really know that if it is or not,,, Like for example many organizations in Bangladesh is currently banned because of reasons that may or may not be legitimate in the end Do I just follow the Quran and the Sunnah... I hope there comes a legitimate fate checking on bangladeshi Islamic political wings and organizations... Jazakallah Khair
I'm opposite to your faith being a Christian and I will admit I don't trust or believe your book Yet you have .Mr musa adana in your camp,you should appreciate that, I can listen to him rarely do I agree with him, but I know now and again I take some of his knowledge away with me,nice bloke I don't watch him then have the feeling of only hate,ie anger he,the quran Islam just hates us There's the opposite side,my view and you most possible won't agree Mohammed hijab, jihad ect ,he does your faith more damage than good I deliberately watch him to find his mistake and lies ,he never let's me down. A marked increase in waswas/OCD can also be indicative it Ayn/Hasad/Sihr for which it's worth getting diagnosed.
