I can't watch the rest getting anxious. But I see both perspectives as understandable.
Justified to call someone something.. not so much even if true or not.
Heres my take of what I just listened to... Failure to articulate the association of content for an entity makes one an agent in this persons perspective. And in (I could be totally wrong) Wizzy is also pointing out the consequences of stating such accusations can harm another. Not everyone thinks fully about what they are hearing and have knee jerk reactions and unintentional harm can result.
