There are no real "Super Heroes" anymore. Okay.. Dwayne is one of the last, but with his Movies he destroyed much. More and more of the real entertaining Wrestlers going to AEW.

So much energy was coming from the rock. and that's all I could remember months after his debut. fast forward to 2022 each time I see the rock walk out to any event my mind goes back to his debut in survivor series for a split sec, Like wow !! this what Growth looks like.

I was so hyped when I was a kid and I saw this. You are great inspiration and we are truly blessed to have you on this earth.
Maybe because you were a kid.. i was a teen and didn't like rookies getting major pushes.. especially beating Goldust and Crush.. but the minute Rock became a bad guy.. i was hooked!
Not many wrestlers had a debut like The Rock - he debuted at Madison Square Garden, at Survivor Series (one of the Big 4 pay-per-views), and won a 4v4 elimination match with him being the last man standing. The Undertaker didn't even last until the end on his debut match (which was also a 4v4 elimination match) at Survivor Series 1990.

In some ways you literally have saved my life Dwyane. The motivational speaking you do gives me hope and I can feel the love as if your talking to me directly. My life problems started by being abused by a priest as a kid and there the rollercoaster of my life started. I've never been given a break in life and this has taught me to create my own breaks create my own luck. I shower those in my life with love and respect yet hold very little for myself. My daily moto is to make someone smile each and everyday. The best thing I love about you is how humble and graceful you are and it gives me hope. I feel like I am forcing myself threw the motions each and everyday with the hope that eventually I won't be forcing it anymore. I don't know why I wrote a comment like this because it's not a comment I've ever written before but I do believe you have saved a great many people out there just like me and I thought I should make it known. I don't think anyone did. Another classic example of the WWF/E's creative machine sticking someone with a lame gimmick. He was all but finished until he went down the road Steve Austin took to get out of his own stupid character at the time and began to be more himself which is even moreso the problem now days where guys are completely scripted and taught to play dumb characters. Rock, Austin, Undertaker are all examples of what can happen when guys are granted a little freedom to infuse their own personality into the mix. Especially Taker. He took a gimmick that could've easily been one of the more laughable lame characters in WWF/E history and made it legendary.
