Hi, excellent restoration and video! I have exactly the same Bosch PWS 550, have disassembled it and cleaned it but can't remove the small rear bearing from the shaft, no matter what. How did you remove your's;

You can try using a small pulley puller like the one I used in my other videos. Good luck

what lubricant did you use for the gearbox?

Друг мой , а зачем ты напильником подточил обмотку статора , его надо было поменять , так как он замкнул и расплавился . Результат работы не показал , инструмент должен работать .
