    ‼️COMPLETED WITH RESULTS‼️
    Starting:
    Waist - 33 inch
    Doing this workout, kpop dances, and extra stomach vacuums!
    ----------
    DAY 1 - DONE and VERY sweaty. A little challenging, but very motivated for the next few days!
    DAY 2 - DONE. Not that hard as yesterday actually, already seeing changes!
    DAY 3 - DONE. Challenging today but still got through it! I realized working out has been quite fun!
    DAY 4 - DONE. Getting easier each time! Almost at the end of the first week!
    DAY 5 - DONE. Lazy day today but still got through it! Love doing the criss cross spider kicks!
    DAY 6 - DONE. A little challenging today but still very motivated! FIRST WEEK ALMOST DONE!!
    DAY 7 - DONE! A FULL WEEK COMPLETED! 1 MORE WEEK TO GO!
    DAY 8 - DONE! Same as usual! Pretty good today!
    DAY 9 - DONE! Pretty quick and easy! Getting better at the moves everyday!
    DAY 10 - DONE! FINALLY IN THE DOUBLE DIGITS! 4 MORE DAYS LEFT!
    DAY 11 - DONE! I feel like I did this in 5 minutes… moves are getting easier!
    DAY 12 - DONE! I got my covid vaccine yesterday, so i’m quite fatigued today. Got it done anyways!
    DAY 13 - DONE! Very good! Can’t believe my last day is tomorrow…
    DAY 14 - DONE! WE ARE FINISHED!

    RESULTS:
    START: 33 inch
    END: 31 inch!
    I definitely recommend this workout, this has helped me shrink my waste, lose belly fat, flatten my stomach, and got me 11 abs.
    I can feel and see my middle line and my stomach has become flatter! This workout works for me and I’m gonna continue doing this workout for another 2 weeks!

    ANOTHER 2 WEEKS:
    DAY 15 - DONE! Super sweaty cause I'm also doing a thigh workout but great!
    DAY 16 - DONE! Very tired yet super motivated.
    DAY 17 - DONE! Burned really good today!
    DAY 18 - DONE! Can’t believe I made it this far! This workout is really helping me out.
    DAY 19 - NOT DONE. Today is my first ever rest day. Since I’ve started doing thigh workout along with this one, I think my body needs a little break!
    DAY 20 - DONE!!! WOAH 20 DAYS? I’m so happy , I can’t wait for day 30!
    DAY 21 - DONE. Super sweaty and burned so bad! BUT… that means it’s working!
    DAY 22 - Super quick! I started my period today so it was a little challenging but still got it done!!
    DAY 23 - NOT DONE. Since i’m on my period for next couple of days i’m gonna take this as my break. I’ve been doing this workout for quite a while now and I haven’t really let myself rest. It’s currently July 15th 2021 and I will be back when i had enough time to rest! SEE YOU GUYS SOON!

    Hello! I’m back after almost a MONTH. On my break I actually felt very guilty and not good, I lost some of the progress I made and didn’t feel like doing this workout again. BUT!       @@SanteezArmy yes, just stomach vacuums... i didnt change anything... i didnt eat supper even before doing the vacuums, but i eat anything that was my diet ever since... i did it many times a day though, not only once a day.. like when i wake up, while at the shower, etc etc...i hope it will work for you too... goodluck!

    I'll start this today! I'll do it for two weeks, eating healthy, and making sure to eat lots of protein daily, leave a comment so I can remember to post my results here after two weeks~!
    Two weeks update:
    Okay so I’ve been trying to do this 2x a day but I wasn’t *that* consistent (meaning some days I did it only once and some days I did it twice lol) . As for results I wasn’t expecting to have a flat stomach in two weeks because of my current weight of 133lbs and I’m 5’4. So because of my weight theres no way I’d see a flat stomach just yet! But! My stomach did in fact get smaller and less bloated looking. I noticed that my upper stomach was forming a line above my belly button and I took it as “omg my abs are slowly forming!!” So I was really excited to see that lol. And sorry I didn’t keep track of my weight during this workout, though I want to continue this workout for another two weeks and this time I want to see what my results will be like if I did it 2x a day every single day along with some emi wong full body fat burn exercises! I’m on a journey to be 110lbs by sometime in June so I’ll work hard and exercise and not slack! Wish me luck everyone. If you still want me to update after I try this workout 2x a day for two weeks I’ll gladly do so~!
    - one year update, I had totally forgotten about writing this comment and I have gained about 10lbs since I had posted this comment due to depression from a toxic relationship I was in so I eat bad foods and eventually gained it all back ;; I’m working hard to get back to 133 again and then make me way down to 110lbs. And as for an update about the workout itself: I have no memory of any changes to my stomachs appearance after two weeks of this work out. But this was because I had done this workout so often that my body got used to it and it became too easy for me. When you experience something like this, find another more challenging workout so that way you can burn more and build more muscle!

    start: weight - 55 kg (120lbs), waist - 72 cm (28 inch)
    day 1: it wasn’t too bad, I just took a break in the planks cus I’m weak :(
    day 2: I took 12k steps to walk today, so it was tough, but I didn’t need any breaks!!
    day 3: EXHAUSTING
    day 4: the planks are killing me but did it!
    day 5: it’s still so hard but I’m seeing slight changes!
    day 6: so sore :((
    day 7: I don't have time today, so I have to skip
    day 8: back at it again!!
    day 9: it's still so hard aaaaahhhh
    day 10: it was a lot easier today for some reason :D
    day 11: did it twice today :p
    day 12: never let me eat lunch before this again.
    day 13: done! results tmrv :ooo
    day 14: yaay 2 weeks done
    Okay so my measurements haven't changed at all, but tbh I didn't eat clean at all haha. I do feel much better tho and my stomach is harder so I can definitely recommend this workout! I'll probably continue doing this and update after some time. :)
    update after 2 months: i acc started doing other workouts cus this became too easy, but i kinda have abs now lol, so deddddbshisbdsia DO IT

    I’ve been doing this exercise every single day it hasn’t only made my abdomen stronger but when I hold my planks i can finally hold myself up with out dropping every 5 seconds

    day 1: ✔️ - not bad
    day 2 : ✔️ - was surprisingly not very hard
    day 3 : ✔️ - pretty exhausted
    day 4 : ✔ - did it, feeling less tired.
    day 5 : ✔ - it has gotten much easier now.
    day 6 : ✔ - was naturally tired today.
    day 7 : ✔ - did each workout for 1 minute.
    day 8 : ✔ - done, feeling stronger.
    day 9 : ✔ - arms hurt a bit but feeling good.
    day 10 : ✔- i was feeling so lazy but done
    day 11 : ✔- done! it does energize you!
    day 12 : ✔- a bit sore but not sweating vigorously
    day 13 : ✔- done. i am not panting at all now
    day 14 : ✔- and I'm done
    Final Feedback:-
    So it works. I can see that my abs have become more toned. My waistline is the same but I am pretty sure if i continue this workout regularly for a longer time i will see more major results. I will recommend this, i have tried many other workout challenges but this one seems very balanced. It was not very hard but you could feel the burn. Overall I had a good experience.

    For reference my starting measurement is 28 inc around my waist. (I’ve done so many workout videos and I gotta say this video is becoming my favorite is simple and easy to understand and is so affective I personally feel the burn GOOD JOB ON THIS VIDEO❣️)

    As for my results im still 28inc around my waist. However I feel stronger around my stomach which is more important. If you’re trying to loose inches around your waist fast I would also recommend trying full body workouts. I love dancing so dancing is one of my forms of full body exercise. I would also recommend Pilates.

    I am starting this workout from today. I already have a flat belly but I want it to be in its best condition.

    Today's the last day of my challenge. Tbh I didn't get the perfect 11 lines abs but I'm really shocked and Happy with the result.. Like it's phenomenal .....I'mma recommend this...!!!

    If it's easy to you and you want some challenge: try to warm up and strech your abs before this workout (Do for exemple cardio, like jogging or even some jumping jacks). Trust me, your abs will be on fire

    I did this workout last evening and was doing a short workout for a few days, i swear i see lil 11 abs poking out of my stomach.
    I haven't had any junk food for like a month, i am so happy and I'll continue to do this ✨✨

      just an update jobody asked for! my waist is visibly smaller and i got the abs!!! my stomach became more flat. I barley did e excercise second week due to work yet i still saw awesome results! i will definitely be continuing this

    I’ve been working at a restaurant and interning this summer to save up for my study abroad, and I thought that because I was running around a bunch, scrubbing things, lifting things, sweating a lot while working that I was exercising enough. But now that’s it’s the end of summer I’ve realised I’ve gained so much weight, and I just feel sluggish, heavy, and unhealthy and many of my clothes don’t fit. I’ve decided to make a change and start with this challenge to ease back into working out daily again! Seeing all the comments of people tracking their own progress inspired me to keep my progress in the comment section as well to help me stay accountable! Let’s get healthy! Thank you Zoe for keeping it real!
    D1: Waist is 86cm, heart rate by end of workout 128bpm. I had to pause the video several times and do some child’s poses, but I stuck with it and finished! Today’s workout made my heart beat super fast and made me kind of nauseous so I know I’m super out of shape. I’m going to stretch and attempt to do it 2x tomorrow.
    D2: Waist is 83cm, ending bpm 138. Worked up quite a sweat today. Didn’t pause the video, but I wasn’t able to hold the plank and ab hold for the full 30 seconds. I will try to do this workout one more time tonight.
    D3: Waist is 81cm, 149bpm. Woke up super sore and tired and didn't really want to do it today, but I did it! Even though I was super sore, it felt a lot easier than the first two days.
    D4: 79cm, forgot to check heart rate. Finally held the whole ab hold! The back to back planks are still difficult though.
    D5: forgot to measure waist, 93bpm. I did the whole plank this time!
    D6: looked more toned when I woke up but I didn’t feel well so I skipped the work out today
    D7: 81cm waist, 138 bpm. Not looking as toned after my day off :(
    D8: 82cm waist, forgot bpm. Only did part of the workout.
    D9: 78cm waist, 108bpm. Looking and feeling a lot more toned and like myself! The workout is getting much easier for me!
    D10: 78cm waist, 90bpm. Feeling great!! It’s still a struggle to get myself to do the workout, but once I start I’m able to do it.
    D11: X
    D12: 81cm, 148bpm.

    Just finished the 14 day challenge! *Would I reccomend?* Yes! this workout def helped tone my abs a BIT and toned my arms A LOT LOL! i think me having a healthy but not healthy diet def affected the challenge since in the end my abs weren't extremely toned. I reccomend doing this for 30 days if you can !

      Debosmita Banerjee I am 13 and I can cook instant ramen/noodles (luo si fen) and yea I can basically cook/bake a lot of other things. It's always good to learn how to cook in case. +you'll need to learn how to cook eventually in life so why not learn it earlier

    It's only been two days, i can see slight differences. Don't forget to pull in your abs correctly, or else it's difficult to see good results.

    *I’m doing the waist, shoulders, arm, slim face, thin legs, and 11 abs workout for two weeks*
    Day 1: It felt soo good
    Day 2: kinda sore from yesterday but it’s still pretty good
    Day 3: hard but bearable
    Day 4: did it in the morning and felt energized!
    Day 5: it felt really good and I can see my tummy getting smaller lol

    recall: im 13 and skinny but i want to tone down and get abs, results will always be different for everyone!

    day 1: im repeating this right after i finish 1st time cause i couldn't do it 2 twice like day and then night, im mad confusing but i didnt start atm it is 9:15 ill come back in 20-30 to say how it was
    results for day 1: nothing, but i didnt get as much of a burn im used to these workouts so that is maybe why? but it was easy

    Going lighter on sweets, a bit of ice cream here and there but I’ve substituted most of my sweet cravings for fruits (mostly grapes, strawberries and watermelon 🍇🍓🍉)
    Lots of water ! At least 1 Liter a day ! 💦
    I’m also walking an hour almost everyday as well☀️

    Hey everyone, started this challenge on 22 May 2024 gonna do this for 2 weeks .
    Day 1- No change (tired)🤧
    Day 2- no bloating (skipped spider crunches)😗
    Day 3- OMG the pain! but worth the difference..🔥 (P.S. - didn't skip any workout todyay!)
    Day 4- less pain , more tolearance . (Difference is seen but it depends on your diet as well )🙃
    Day 5 - skipped as i was out tomorrow but sill did cardio .
    Day 6- was sweating a lot today and also because of the 50° temperature. (bloated a little because of the meal.)😗
    Day 7- half a way there but remember this not going to give you any permanent result (i still don't consume the right amount of protien and my carbohydrates intake is much more so it will take time to get any abs )
    Day 8- only did half of exercises as i came home late so it was nor that much effective.🙃
    Day 9- The exercises are now very easy for me 😌( I'm not dieting and consume simple carbohydrates so it is obvious it is going to take time but the strength is undeniable)

    Day 1: Done
    Felt really good. I was sweating like crazy.
    Day 2: Felt like it was difficult the day 1. My stomach muscles are bit sore from yesterday.
    Day 3: I found it harder than last 2 days. Less sweat and more cramps.
    Day 4: I was able to complete all exercises with just 1 30second break. I am feeling good today.
    Day 5: Feeling much better. Don't know if I am loosing weight or inches, but I actually felt good.
    Day 6: I was so tired after a long day, but didn't give up. Though I had a bunch of KFC. Stay motivated girls!
    Day 7: Done. I walked for a bit and ate a lot of food than I'm used to. Bit overall I have started to see some changes on my tummy ( I have some jelly belly). Feeling a lot positive

    i didnt get 11 abs but i definitely got abs after this plus kpop dancing and other workouts for like a month(i didnt do it evey single day but i did it most days) i feel so strong now 💪💪

    Hi,
    Day 1-✔ took longer breaks, was KINDA easy. Also idk how to breathe properly during stomach vaccum
    Day 2- ✔felt more difficult than yesterday, took longer breaks & couldn't do some properly

    Day 1- super motivated but tired because I did a workout before this
    Day 2- I feel the burn as always lol, but still super motivated.
    Day 3- I didn't get much sleep last night so I'm a bit tired but I have noticed that I have less belly fat.
    Day 4- i couldnt do necause i was at my gmas house
    Day 5- i might start doing this twice a day now because im feeling less burn.
    Day 6- I just want to have abs already lol. I am gonna do the second part before bed tn but this is going good 👍
    Day 7- pretty good I'm losing motivation though, but remembering what's gonna be the outcome keeps me going
    Day 8- I missed today :( but I went on a long walk and cleaned my whole house so I did get some excersize in.
    Day 9- ahhh I have motivation again and I have noticed my abs are getting more toned!!
    Day 10- I have a line on my upper stomach, but I'm losing motivation. I'm just excited to be doing this.
    Day 11- I missed today by accident but I did a lot of cardio related stuff today so yeah
    Day 12- today I finally am back on track with doing it before breakfast. 2 more dayssss
    Day 13- okay it's tomorrow guys.
    Day 14!!- GUYS I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS I HAVE A LINE FORMING ON MY STOMACH AND I LOST FAT THERE TOO DO IT DO IT DO IT
