popo the steam egg is overcooked. just steam for 3 min with the cover full close, than open the lid and close half of it, u can stem for another 15 min, the egg will be smooth.
Popo has such a upright character understanding on the sail boat issue on her sinking motorbike without asking for a compensation , highly respected and she will be bless throughout with blissful and beautiful life with longevity ! Wish there is a chance could visit her and meet her in person !
