Facts. He would’ve been perfect for a rival fight against Ryu. The reason I say it is because in the game Capcom Fighting Jam or Evolution one of the two, Ryu’s ending is him facing Jon Talbain in battle. Also I would’ve had his dragon cannon do more hits.

You could say that, it's called the Moment Slice, where Jon stabs the opponent with his claws and slices them in half, soooo essentially a brutally violent one inch punch
