Not from stinkbugs they are completely harmless. They will walk right onto your finger and let you take them outside. They almost never try to fly away, they are pretty chill just also pretty annoying. I hate bugs but these guys dont creep me out at all. Not like a roach or something like that.

They are very harmless, but invaders must be dealt with. ;c This video is mostly pointless though, just throw them into a jar with a lid and toss'em outside. Putting them in water or injuring them can startle them into stinking. It's not much different than finding a lady bug or butterfly in your home. Harmless but it is in a place it doesn't belong.
Spiders on the other hand can give you a skin rotting bite in your sleep that needs cut out of your leg in the ER before it spreads and they leave super glue webs all over your home that can't be washed off. (I really hate Brown Recluses). Sneks are cute.

I recommend not using an A/C, But You should instead use a Fan that blows cool air by your bed. they are attracted to heat most of the time.
Or You can trap them in a large Bottle with a large cap and keep the stink bugs in there with half the container or bottle and cap it off for a week, it will develop a nasty stench overtime and you should throw the water and stink bugs out the window because stinkbugs will flock to the stench because stinkbugs are naturally attracted to another stink bugs nasty smell.

It is summer and I am inundated with stink bugs! Your info is all about winterizing! I have them in the garages/sheds! Summer time! Found one in my hair after dropping dozens in hot soapy water. Found another in the bathroom & another on the windowsill and dozens on the windows of our sheds. They are old sheds. One has a fireplace/ along with an attachment for a wood stove. They are all over. Recently BGE cut down falling branches and trees in our back yard right near the sheds, which I think is the reason for the infestation. I thought we brought over birds that eat them to keep them from infesting our homes and garages. They are originally from China. I've never seen them this bad since the first year they hit, what happened to the birds? Climate change, covid-19, oh yes stay indoors! Live with the stink bugs by all means. HELP!

No need to.harm unnecessarily or worse to enjoy torturing living creatures. Simply spray the outside of the house and windows with diluted peppermint oil in water to repel them. Just pick up any bugs that get inside in tissue or push them into a cup and put them outside under a few big leaves, a piece of loose thick cardboard or piece of old blanket out of the weather. They'll stay outside and others will join them to sleep through winter and fly away in spring if they survive hibernation. They just struggle and fear death from the cold as humans do and are attracted to warm light, heat, and a little moisture. They won't bite ot hurt people and do feel fear, hence their awful spray when scared. There's never a need to cause another creature terror or torture or take its life when you have another kinder option that won't cause needless suffering. They are created as they are, and bear no malice toward anyone.

A real broadcast station makes a CZcams video without sound almost, minus 13dB. I CAN"T HEAR IT. The inverted bottle top doesn't work because they just climb across the narrow space. I like to catch one in a puff of toilet paper and let it try to get it's head out and then break the head back (green guts come out) it can't think to stink therefore it can't stink! Chemical warfare: catch one and in the toilet it goes. Now pee on it, have fun till the stink gets bad then flush twice I have seen 'em come back up!

I just put them in a cup and move them to the garage. So they stay warm and don't get killed by the cats. I don't see the need to kill them, they are harmless to us. Don't bite. Don't even smell unless you fuck with them. Cute little bugs. Kinda friendly.

Wow, for a bug expert.... Seems kinda barely helpful. Seal up your house, yeah I bet most people thought of that. Then the interviewer has a real strategy, a mini vac. How about some kind of passive trapping technique? Attractants etc. Like with all the other kinds of bugs! All he's got is drop them in soapy water chasing them around your house?!?

True, but these are an invasive species in the US. They destroy certain crops and have no natural predators in the US. In Asia where they came from there is a parasitic wasp that keeps them under control.
