So many comments about them not singing/ playing live. That was just the way it was on these TV programmes in the 80s. I'm assuming that not only did the directors want the sound exactly as the record but also it would save money on time and equipment. We all know that they could play it live, it was just easier to do this i guess, but all shows/ artists did it. X
They were every thing ,and cherry pie too...the talent of all members of D.D. were underrated, over shadowed by the new wave movement and their good looks .40+ years in the music industry and still going evolution of their style always adapting ,twerking the "sound" always ahead of the times slightly... A little misunderstood. Always mysterious, ahead of the curve, what can I say ...the best of the best ..
