Everything I use pigments , they stick wherever I apply I just want to do pigments on the design so should I need to apply Matt top coat??
We u dry it before u start using the other color

What should I do if my polish doesn’t leave the tacky layer?
Sticky base coat like Orly bonder.. I've even pressed them lightly into my topcoat then reapply topcoat on the pigments..❤
