The North Korean Leader Kim Jong-un flexed his military might at the parade that showed off military vehicles, fighter jets in formation and intercontinental ballistic missiles.
The event took place at Kim Il Sung square on Tuesday April 26.

Fuel is so scarce in North Korea now that they have to scrounge around for it when they do these parades. Most of the heavy vehicles are mock ups to save fuel. They also limit the number of vehicles taking place because of the severe fuel shortages. Aircraft fly for these parades and then remain grounded for the rest of the year.
Also it's weird we never see any citizens driving cars only ones that drive are the ones driving around the ballistic missiles while everyone has to march around everywhere. I wonder if they treat getting to drive the ballistic missiles around as some sacred privilege or something.
