I used to live in Atlanta for a long time. I can confirm this video is very accurate. You did a great job
Excellent video, great content
I remember driving through 75 in Atlanta and the traffic came to a near stop from a major fight between construction workers, yes this happened, they were beating the crap of each other.
👍🏾 Loving the videos!!
Love your channel bro. Keep it up
Mechanicsville, Pittsburgh and South Central atl like Cleveland Ave, Pryor st, Campbellton rd., Bankhead mlk n the bluffs are the worst. West end is rough too
Most of the places u name not even dat bad nigga ngl lol
Yep! 👍🏾
Im right next to the mechanicsville neighborhood in Oakland city
Enjoyed your video. I wonder if you made one for my hometown of Flint.
Thanks' for this but i ready know which is worst in place in G.A. of neighborhoods in Atlanta.
The hour-long rant at the beginning killed me 😂
Real talk 🤣
I am in these neighborhoods a few times a week renting out properties. Just make sure you don't get caught in one of these areas at night. Most are very safe during the day and all the crime starts at dusk. I've never had anything happen to me personally in the daytime
I have I guess our luck is just different
You are right, just be truthful. Thank you for your video to let us know which part of Atlanta is dangerous, cause I am not familiar with America, I am foreigner.
Your impersonations are on point 😂
The relator was funny 😂😂
Mechanicsville and Adamsville were rough and tough neighborhoods going back to the 1950s.
Lived in both of them
what up southside, what up westside, ATLIEN turned Floridian 3 years ago...all the love to rice street, west marietta street, etc..
How are you doing now?! Hope you didn't move to another hood...
I LOVE your videos, dawg!!! (he-he).
Good job keep up the videos I love them forget the haters bro
I’m born and raised in the A from adamville, flatland we called it, that was a very accurate description video, good job, you did your research, good job…
You dont even live there! lol funny video man. Yeah certain parts of ATL are rough, lived there many years.
This definitely doesn't apply to put who grow up here because never in my life I felt afraid to be outside in college park, east point or any where on the south side 😂
Interesting video Dog😎
You are such a great narrator!
Zone 5 represent! Lol I love your honesty cause erbody wants to be the worst and the best actin like all serious when anyone says anything. I searched for the worst hoods here back in the 90s, where University Avenue won the prize.
Love the voice s of different characters
FUNNY FUNNY FUNNY!😂😍Jose you have talent. That intro is Hilarious Dawg! OG ! I love you💜
Def.does not look like a lace I want to live ,but not getting out of visiting Stone mountain lake and Park and looking forward to fishing ; curious what you got to say about it
Sodom & Gomorrah! That is one city I can do without traveling to. Jose you are hilarious 😆 & your impersonations are too darn funny!
Awesome review of a city I've resided in/nearby of for the last 15 years. Like with any major metropolitan area, it comes with troubles . One of the best things you can do for yourself as a traveler is understand where you are and make sense of your surroundings. ANY metropolitan area in ANY country will be the most dangerous for tourists. Dont be naive, dont be quick to judgement, and you'll be aight.
That's anywhere in America 😢
Atlanta isn’t as bad as it used to be.. Crime is there in Atlanta if you look for it as of today, but again nothing like it was few years back..
The narration has me dying!!!! 😂😅😂
Very professional
I’m from the A and I grew up in one of the worst hoods In Atlanta Etheridge Courts true zone 1 west side Atlanta has a lot of dangerous neighborhoods the city of finesse ,scammers, and murder it’s nothing to be proud of just have to be careful on all sides from zone 1-6 but this guy is 85% right but it’s way more hoods he didn’t mention that are worst
Your video has been some help and I'm planning a trip to Atlanta in july. Is there a way to contact you on some more info about these places. I'm looking into a rental and some of them are kind of close to these areas
Agree, you spend So much time Responding to those who disagree, Instead of Getting On with the Video. Yes, metro Atlanta, near and far, south and north, Buckhead Too…has crime Ridden areas and Hoods, be Safe, be Careful…
From the intro you went through some certified places
😐😎
I have to say bro, you nailed it! I am a land surveyor in Atlanta, so I have to work in these areas on the daily…all of my employees carry 9mm…company policy…
I’m a surveyor here in Atlanta as well. I run a robot and am a one man crew at times. I definitely carry everyday as well!!
I was in vine city on Monday doing a boundary for a 50’x100’ lot and ended up locating a whole block due to zero monumentation (big surprise). Got a lotta “hey you got $2 or a cigarette” questions.
@@rockyxxxyyy lol, I hate that shit…who do you work for? I might be hiring soon…
@@rockyxxxyyy we run one man robots crews too lol…
I’m from Atlanta and this brother has told 💯 % of the truth🦾🦾🦾 We got the most random crimes- it’s like a rko out of no where
7:21 to skip all the complaining about the complainers
dang thanks, man... you messin up my money flow LOL
@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS lol I respect the hustle
😂😂😂
Bro you talk waayy to much in the video
Too much
Kermit the frog voice ass 🥷🏾
What im most surprised about this video is, that theres no traffic, wow, amazing 🎉
Jose I'm staying in Buck Head when I go to Atlanta next wensday.
How many views did Summerville SC get
This video was totally awesome! I live in Upstate South Carolina and have been to Atlanta Georgia plenty of times. In my opinion, Charlotte NC felt safer than Atlanta Georgia. But as far as major US cities go in terms of safety, that I've personally been to, NYC and Pittsburgh Pennsylvania have felt safer to me. Even here in Spartanburg SC, we have spots that I can say I wouldn't get caught dead in. NYC and Pittsburgh Pennsylvania are two are the safest cities in the USA that I've been to.
Agreed. NYC is very safe. But after the year-long lockdown and Progressive Left attitudes, that is all changing.
I live in Atlanta, and I didn't hear anything said that I could intelligently disagree with.
His voice talking like that so funny😂😂😂😂😆
You inma whood dawg
You are right about Vine! I went over there to a friends house and had a decent time. However I was very Leary
Native Atlantan here. I've lived in Boulevard Hgts, then Grant Park, now Summerhill. It's a lot better in these areas than it was 30 years ago, but a lot of improvements could still be made. Sometimes I'll hear distant gunfire at night.
The city name East Point is derived from being at the opposite end of the former Atlanta & West Point Railroad from West Point.
I used to live outside of Atlanta in a town called Dallas Georgia I don't know if your hear of it before
🤣🤣🤣 yup! Small tiny little town heading back towards Alabama
I live in Carrollton which isnt that far from Dallas
I think its in Paulding Cty?.., not that small, however, off of I-20W
Damn, I was looking at houses to buy in 2 of these neighborhoods
Come to Florida my wifes a realtor 🤣
the into is great and spot on, in terms of how the guys actually sound here in the city lol..if u leave in atl, you cant be mad because this is true!
Yo you deserve 1m putting his life on the line
Dude got the voices down pat😂
Ay, why you inma hooud dawg?
most of what you said is true 19 years living there never rode without being armed
2:39 ate y’all up 😂😂😂
2:10 😂 that's pretty good.
What they don't know, is that's the mindset that's bringing down "THEIR CITY"
Decatur GA Candler rd, Memoria Rd, Glenwood, McAfee, Columbia,
I’m from Atlanta. This dude just did a bunch of talking and trying to make fun of the people in my city. Noticed he never got out side the comfort of his car. Dude is a clown.
I have helped relocate many people from Atlanta to Florida so they can be safer
I've lived in ATL most my life. The Bluff is the worst (ask me how I know). Bankhead used to be, but they're starting to clean up. I must say, I saw the most crazy shit go down in the Stonewall Street Projects in Cartersville (like an hour north of the city). College Park is where I have worked for the last decade.
How do you know?
I lived in Atlanta from 2005 - 2015. Alden Ridge apartments behind Strokers in Clarkston. Brownsmill Rd, Roswell Rd, Flat Sholes Rd, Kimball Bridge Rd, Lanier Blvd and by Stonecrest mall area.
This guy actually went through 10 minutes of crying before the main video started
I live in kennesaw its north east atlanta. The houses here and on most of the north side are 500k to 2.5 million. The bad areas he listed the houses are from 120k to 300k the price difference in houses clearly says how dangerous the area is.
I miss Gwinnett
Been to Atlanta once... not going back
You know, I live in Plainfield, New Jersey. It's a Small City, so we can't compare it to Atlanta. There are some rough and grimy areas. You have to be careful wherever you go!
I was definitely that lady hoping you would get on with the video and stop ranting so much!😂
I love when people start Territorially Pissing and Reppin Their Hood daring anybody to say something bad about it.
It's a manipulation that spans from little neighborhood subs, to cities, counties, states and all the way to the top.
Very true that officials will always paint rainbows on their cities.
The local news usually gives you the most accurate visuals.
Although sometimes even their coverage is questionable, there's only so much news they can bury.
Your white girl voice was on point lmao 😂😂😂
You spent 5 minutes lecturing people not to lecture you…but I can guarantee you….ain’t many Georgians gonna argue with you. “Places not to go to in Atlanta, especially at night” is knowledge handed down from generation to generation 😂
Forgot 4 seasons/Thomasville Heights
I'm from Atlanta
Visited Atlanta during Winter saw homeless tents in the midst of the 1.8 billion dollar Mercedez Benz Stadium, disturbing!
yeah, they built that stadium in one of the most dangerous areas in the city. Like all stadiums, these hoods are where they build because land was/is cheap
Damn get to the count down
I have lived in Atlanta for over 40 years. You aren't far off. If you are from here you know where NOT to go. Gwinnett county to the east is gangland , especially in Norcross and the surrounding areas. South and west Atlanta are No go zone. Every place around the airport are hell.
LMAOO even the suburbs bad now how is Douglas county having kids out here murdering people 😭
Atlanta has gotten much better over time. Southside of Atlanta has plenty of great neighborhoods. Peoplestown, Grant Park, Summerhill, Chosewood. Super nice places to live. West side is bad, West End is okay, plenty of nice houses but not nice people
But Gwinett? Gangland? Really? I would tell anybody that those areas up there are very nice and safe. Especially Chamblee/Doraville.
Buckhead& Bankhead are now synonymous with each other.
Imagine living in Buckhead paying $2-3k for rent and dealing with Bankhead behavior
😂😂😂
You have to know where you’re going or you could end up in a bad area real quick. I go there for work sometimes and I don’t care for the traffic. Best just stay on the north side
Just pay attention to your surroundings. The list is accurate though.
why you in ma hood dawg😡😡😡😢😢😢😢😢😢😢👿
I wouldn’t drive through these neighborhoods in the day time. I stay on the highway. Never take the streets.
It's not 1955 anymore, and I would count anything in Fulton, Dekalb, Cobb, and Gwinnett counties as Atlanta.
I agree!!! How the crap is Gwinnett county not ATL?
Atlanta is a city not the state Georgia is the state just go back where y’all came from😂💀
No, Suwanee and John’s Creek are definitely not Atlanta.
as someone born in bred in south atl, gwinnett is not at all atl. it shares some similar characteristics & culture but the general experience is vastly different. i think south/east cobb (smyrna, vinings, etc) are atlanta, but marietta is absolutely not. but if you’re within an hour driving from atlanta, most people just say they’re from atlanta & not from the respective suburbs when talking with people not from atl
Douglasville is closer to Atlanta than Gwinnett Gwinnett farther than all of them.
You ain't from my city dawg 😂😂😂😂
You inma hood meng 🤣
As someone born and rsised in Atlanta..i don't let southern pride..get in the way of the truth..A lot of areas in Atlanta are bad..I'm originally from Mechanicsville usa and lived in Pittsburgh, .and while some of it is now gentrified...you still gotta watch yourself...I only recently heard about that shooting in the park..during a softball game by Dunbar.
ATL crime is bad
Lived there in the 80s myself and drove an ice cream truck all over that area not one problem been in traps many times not bad for a white girl 😊😮
First of all I am Florida Man even though I was born in Atlanta but mostly raised in Jacksonville wit that said East Point gets it name from the East Point Rail line that run threw the area and that former large Fort is now Tyler Perry studios and the neighborhoods of Vine City and English Avenue Wich is the actual name both make up THE BLUFF your list was almost on the money if you took off downtown/airport area/East point/College Park and added Summer Hill/People's Town/Thomasville and Cleveland Ave wich is Lake you would of been on point even though my hood Summer Hill/People's Town took on the brunt of gentrification after the Olympics cuz that where most of the Olympic event took place it's mostly a white neighborhood now but we still there and hella active but it's only a matter of time for so with that said WHY AIN'T COME TO MY HOOD 🐕
The airport area is not in Atlanta it’s in college park
Lived in Atlanta my whole life, just be aware, it ain't as crazy as this video seems
I live in East Point and lived in College Park This is South Fulton County not Atlanta
I feel it's all disgusting. Nobody should live like they do. If that's all they know and are use to what can you. Politicians!
Go to Palmetto its hell down there
East Point and College Park are there own cities
2 places mfs would do yo fat ah da worse way 😭
The Airport is is the city of College Park not Atlanta.
As a Grady baby born and raised here 33years these are the only parts of Atlanta and everything you said Is true I was born in adamsville zone 4 area but raised in zone 3 and have seen and dealt with a lot of bad things in every zone but people just don't understand that we really have to make our own way around here jobs ain't paying enough so we turn to the streets for financial stability while still working that job
Another hood place in the ATL is Detroit ave
It took him 5 min to start the video
Every entry on this list was west of 75/85. Not one east side neighborhood on here. 🤷🏾♂️ its accurate tho.!
bro i'm from collage park bro we not that bad bro and the A is not even a place for planning rotes south side Atlanta bro people think we thug and stuff bro we not that bad i literally hoop in like every neighborhood you said its not that dangerous.
Have these neighborhoods gotten better?
