When King Hiram went to Ophir to get gold for the temple in Jerusalem (1 Kings 9:26-28, 2 Chronicles 9:18 - 10:1), King Hiram gave the news about King Solomon's greatness to the Queen of Sheba. It was obvious that the Queen of Sheba knew King Hiram very well. In Psalms 45:9-12, it is clear that the Queen of Sheba is daughter of King Hiram in the Kingdom of Ophir. The fact that travelling from Ezion-Geber to Ophir takes a round trip of three (3) years (1 Kings 10:22) means that the Queen of Sheba is not from Saudi Arabia, Yemen, or Ethiopia but farther from the east (to the outermost part of the known biblical world).
