I saw some talk about peddles(along with circular breaks)on Land Motos' vlog. Is it still possible for peddles say you go for the lightest setup?

@@quadzilla2854 sorry, it looked like a thin circular chamber that took the place of the disc and leaving the need for break pads. It may of been part of the prototype. I was doing a deep dive on everything Land Moto when I ran into this info. I love what they are doing over at Land Moto but i'm alittle hung up on having peddles & passenger room. The 305 Ghost has everything i need but the District looks so damn nice.........u know what I'm going for it!
The Ryvid Anthem is cool how you can adjust the seat height to accomadate for shorter riders. I'm short so 30 inches would be just perfect for me.

Yea, after about $4k ice motorcycles are a much better deal. And I love Ebikes, converted my own single speed with a 1 kW hub motor for $1k and was hooked. Ride about almost 1k miles in 2 years. Then got a motorcycle, old Ninja 250, for $2k (also insurance, gear, maintenance, call it another $2k). I can commute or hoon around my whole state now and still get 55mpg.
I still want a ripping ebike for around town but they’re so expensive. Maybe a Luna Apollo or Talaria.
@@joekavalauskas8767but u pay 600$ in gas a yr. Conservative vs. 20$ in electricity. As long as an Ebike goes 65mph and last 100mile range that’s the sweet spot to switch

You just built a Revv1 but lesser, with more steps. Just bought the full suspension version $2,195 with the Black Friday deal. Turn on Off-road mode and Boost and you have a 52v20a battery, 52v35a controller (in Boost), 750w motor (up to ~1500w in Off-road + Boost) and it goes up to about 40mph for off road private use. Keep it Class 2 for throttle on the roads or Class 3 if you have a helmet and want to go up to 28mph on the roads legal. It’s one of the first bikes with a 52v system at half the price of the competitors. Down prices is this is the sweet point for getting people on Electic motorized “motorcycles”

I like them all, but if I had the money to spend I would get the Land because I live in the Cleveland area and they are a local brand. Plus the Land Moto gets the longest range of them all and that would be my top priority. Some state roads in Ohio allow you to go 50 mph, so having an emoto capable of going over 70 mph is more than enough

@@quadzilla2854 I ordered mine the day they debuted their prototype. I ordered the street with the scrambler package and aero wheel covers. I was living in Orlando, FL when I placed the order. I now live in Greenville, SC
I guess now it would be considered the scrambler with the dot street legal package.

These are cool but how will they fare in north especially when we know batteries don't do well in the cold. How will they handle the wet weather and the salt in the winter? As much a I would love a Emoto these cost 2x my MT-03 but at least motorcycles have decades of proven track record and no range anxiety.

How would you compare the Land Moto to the Ryvid in terms of power/acceleration and general handling feel?
They both felt kind of tame in the bottom end But both felt pretty equal in terms of acceleration. The land was a little bit easier to throw around for me. It felt a little smaller.

Ryvid test ride on the road while the Land was limited to the parking lot.
They planned the expo last minute so they didn’t do street test rides unfortunately…. But I’ll be visiting them soon doing a full review

If the Land could be used as an e-bike on paths here in QLD Australia it would be great. Unfortunately you’d have to register it as a motorbike and I don't think it would matter if you have it in the lowest mode as the laws relate to the power of the motor… then again, if you put some fake low power labels on it you might fool the police 😅

Lyric cycles would’ve been a part of the list if they would stop screwing people over and forcing them to cancel their orders.
Explain? I was going to get the land but once I realized they started charging for stuff that’s standard on other bikes. The base was 8k and the total came to 12k post upgrade !some upgrades- turn signals, lights , mud guard I think it was, rack not including the battery. So I went with the 305 ghost.. n march lyric been lying about delivery dates since

I like the looks of the Land Moto by far. What ever happened to the Super 73 C1x? I won't be selling my Zero anytime soon to get something else. I can charge using J1772 car charging stations when I'm out riding. Almost 3 years ago I was practically the only one at charging stations, now sometimes they are full. There have been NO new chargers added in my area, it's a total scam. Trust us, cars first and then chargers later, much, much later. Talk about putting the cart before the horse. Don't count Tesla chargers, only Tesla's can use those, but they have adapters for J1772 chargers everyone else must use, sucks. Tesla's are giant power hogs.

E-motos are so sick but I just can't shake off the feeling of them being too quiet. I prefer my motorcycle with aftermarket exhaust so cagers can hear me coming.
