Travel like a Minimalist ~ WITH KIDS ~ What we packed & how it changed our travel experience

While I may not be an actual minimalist, I'm certainly addicted to the simplicity high, and leaning into that lifestyle for my family more and more. I don't think it has to be an all or nothing thing and will look different for each person and every family.
