@@flashbackdrop5130 no it doesn't affect your battery draining , chrome flags are useful for developing internal settings of chrome app , so always be careful that what you are changing and what's the effect . & if you did something by mistake , please clear all the data of chrome app or simply uninstall and reinstall the app.
