Would you be interested in a metal version?
Definitely.
That would be awesome if they made a giant metal version that locked that you could hide stuff inside.
indeed
yes
Oh yeah
You've really upped the production value lately. No matter what, the best part of the production has always cost nothing, when you say the name of the channel. Something magical about saying Mr. Puzzle in that accent. :-)
What a *twist,* the Gyrotwisty puts quite the *spin* on puzzles
absolutely :)
Going boldly where justin y won't
Amazing design! My respect to the creator. This is a great use of FDM-technology ;)
Mr. puzzle I just want to say I love your approach, I was watching one of those maze puzzles by you earlier and the way you mapped it out on the grid paper was amazing...I love the way you applied physics whenever possible just by studying the movement of outside components... as well as the feel when you move the puzzle around... you try to keep from just fidgeting through the puzzle blindly as much as possible and I like that...keep up the good content brother!
It's very satisfying to watch you move the various pieces of the puzzle. Especially wuth the relaxing colours that the puzzle is made in.
It actually relaxed my husband and I so much as we watched it that I started experiencing ASMR and he fell asleep! In fairness, he's had a rough week!
I love these types of puzzle boxes, when they're not boxes. Would make a great gift for a gift within a gift.
Made out of metal would look fantastic, plus it could be engineered with very little movement in the unsolved piece's!
A brilliant puzzle, thank you for sharing your excitement when you solve the puzzle. BIG THUMBS UP👍😁👍
Still easier that giraffe puzzle.
No question
Most probably the best channel on YT, but definitely the best host!
🙌
My friend had one of those twisty things back in the late 70’s when we were kids. I couldn’t ever get the rhythm, he could get it going so many RPM’s. I never could :(
Cool stuff!
James Spivey -for you, 🤠
I’ll call my friend and see if he remembers. He got it in early 70’s.
Give me a day or 2 I’ll reply here.
Take care :)
Your produktion level has gone off the roof!! So sick videos.
Looked so simple at first and was surprised at the solution. Nicely done Mr. Puzzle.......
I love your channel always gives me something fun to watch during my downtime
That is so cool! Well made and very tactile.
I am amazed by the mechanism of this puzzle. The mechanism is simple, but effective to make the puzzle challenging.
Love your videos. Glad to see something other than wooden puzzles. Too many wooden puzzles lately. Thanks.
Yes. That is actaully a simple design but ingenious. At first i thought it was a ball maze inside. What would be awesome is if they made a smaller version with a key inside that opens a tiny lock thats hidden inside a giant lock which houses the ball.
oh yes!
Please review and solve more independently designed and produced puzzles! We've seen the mass produced and even the boutique, bespoked ultra expensive wooden puzzles. Let's see more new stuff.
What an interesting design an puzzle....Wooow i love It!
I designed a Chinese sliding puzzle, based on the late Bruce Viney's "impossible odds" with 6 sliders and 6 paths per slider, 15 steps to solve. The combinations possible, several billion I believe, make it more of a combination lock than a reasonable puzzle to solve. Can be 3d printed as well, never considered going into small production of them... also, combination key pathways can be changed!
Would you be interested in me sending you a free one Mr. Puzzle?
Also, I love your puzzle demos, so many great design ideas, Thank you for making these videos.
I have around 15 of Bruce Viney's puzzle boxes. He was very talented!
@@Josiah1221 He was an incredible designer. I only bought 2 of his designs, and got busy, but loved watching his youtube videos of his next creation! Also thought his old school tattoos were awesome!
I believe those designs are kinda copyrighted-ish, at least in a morality sense,... but I don't think his son or daughter are going to start his site up again. Would be great to have someone honor his memory, and get permission from his son or daughter, and offer those designs for free. The daughter mentioned she would look for the Tplan files, and send specific ones if requested... but for the impact Bruce had on the DIY puzzle community, he should be remembered.
Id certainly be more than happy to setup a website that offered his content and continue his namesake in some way.
The way-back machine has some archived data:
web.archive.org/web/20150206032836/homepage.ntlworld.com/bruce.viney/index.html
@@Reach3DPrinters I completely agree! I really wish his children would continue or at least preserve his legacy. He was an incredibly talented man. I was very saddened when I found out he passed away. Once the site went down I thought those files were lost for good. Thankfully though I know someone who has most of all of Bruce's Tplans. He owns the site Bhpenlaser.com from which I got most of all my puzzle box kits from. I have the Tplans for all of my boxes I received from him. You can contact him from the website and share your interest in preserving Bruce's legacy. I know who would be happy to hear from you.
@@Josiah1221 Yeah, I was also hit by it. I didn't realize how much inspiration he gave me with his website resources, encouragement and free designs. I don't think his kids realize the impact he had on an entire generation of diy woodcraft makers. I am certain many 1000s if not 10s of 1000s were inspired and learned because of him. Ill take a look at Bhpenlaser.com and consider what could/should be done and then send them a note.
You should solve these on a live stream
0% chance I could solve this puzzle. Even watching solution video. Well done!
Maybe it can also be made into a maze puzzle in that the hint of the maze is shown through those 2 openings.
Very interesting puzzle..thank you
I actually have one of those. The green ones. It really works the wrist. Mine came with a string to get it going. It's tricky to keep it going.
really creative puzzle. i like this one very much.
I was more interested in the wrist exercise ball since I am in a wheelchair and depend so much on my arms ans wrists. Id never seen that product before. Would like to know where to get one.
Also, just got my email confirmation for the Excalibur puzzle!!! I may curse you one day for getting me hooked. But for now I will say thank you for showing me amazing puzzles that spark my creativity.
Search for Gyrotwister. Its available pretty much everywhere!
I saw the solution immediately this time! I never see the solution before it is demonstrated
HopeAfterDope I love when that happens....I did that with a level eight the other day, as soon as I pulled it out of the box I saw it from the perfect angle, any other angle and I would’ve had to study it more I just got lucky the way I held it up....but it did take over half an hour to put it back together...lol
@@jeremysiron9622 oh yeah! Putting it back together........ 🤔
HopeAfterDope 😆

How did a Kid understood your 1990's notion? 🤔
"Yayayayayaya" hahahaha luv ittt
Looks like a puzzle you would find while hitchhiking in Roswell.
Also reminds me a bit of the Hanayama Dial.
Excelente....
i have been realy liking your "new" spoilerbreak!! Keep it up
spoiler break*
Great video sir thanks.
welcome!
👍👍 metal would be good..
Looks harder to put back together!
This puzzle has one major flaw and that is the 3d printing artefacts.
Because of them my initial approach would have been to put the top and bottom at the top and bottom, always spin it around a little bit and then try to push it from the different sides. If that doesn't work just turn it around, try it again and you're done.
No, this will not work
@@dn8644 why wouldn't it. This video doesn't show anything to say it wouldn't. The lines on both aren't at an angle but parallel slices to the top and bottom
The axe of the outer shell and the axe of the inner ball are not parallel. So without understanding how the Gyrotwisty works you will get to nowhere.
@@sinom
@@dn8644 well I'm not sure they aren't parallel. Everything I saw in the video suggests they are. All of the different levels of the pattern end evenly at a layer of the 3d print.
It might also just be that I'm unable to see it correctly because of youtube compression. If they really are off though that shouldn't make it too much more difficult to take apart. The solution he had at the end after all was pretty similar.
Find out where they slide and line those parts up with oneanother.
Love from india
That moment when it came apart was satiating asf!
👍 I wish there was ordinary shop for buying these puzzles. 💜 🤔
Mr. Puzzle
Points the muzzle
At the puzzles in your hood
I think we all know the purpose of that "wrist" toy. Cool puzzle though, and another good Mr puzzle vid.
Explain?
@@danieltaber4924 He will, once you hit puberty like he just did :P
Where was that toy when I needed it!!
@Mr.Puzzle When are you going to design your own puzzle? :)
When I finally will have some time left 😩😁
Its 3d printed cool
The difficulty rating 10-: 5 for the outer ring and 5 for the inner circle
From where you find so many kinds of puzzles?
Ich denke auch, dass das Puzzle aus Metall oder auch aus Holz ein tolles Teil wäre. Diese Kunststoffvariante sieht etwas billig aus.
I would like a version made out of solid gold please
Ok thanks
What a dope spoiler break beat. Does anyone know the name of the song?
I have a gyrotwister but mine is called a dynaflex powerball
Fun
1:37 that part of my body has great muscle already from my teen years, no need to play with anymore balls thanks 🤣
What puzzle do I need to solve to get tic tok videos off my recommendations
I need it also
What puzzle is a 5/5 for difficulty
You should try to do live solve. With a long and hard puzzle, of course. I lovvvvvvve when I see you struggle
Haha, ok I will try to do so!
Mr.Puzzle YAY thanks! Nice to see that you read your comments! (I’m already exited :))
I never wouldve figured t out
You definitely need dexterity to get it back together
It's a reverse puzzle. You have to figure out how to put it back together.
Wieder ein schönes Puzzle. Für mich wäre das nichts. Ich würde mich beim Öffnen und schließen nur aufregen. Vor allem rummotzen. Trozdem 👍. 🤣
😂
Early!! I own two 3D printers too!
I miss the last "spoiler break music", anyone would know what it was by chance?
Is there an .STL file to download for printing?
I don't think so
Mr Puzzle is so extraordinarily good that these uploads get a thumbs up even while the introductory ad is playing haha...
👍🏼
Looked harder putting it back together
Hey look. Someone who doesn't stretch the vid or put as many ads as Chris Ramsey.
google 'ublock origin' thank me later
I would love to have the STL files for this if anyone finds them
Diniar, the creator sell it for €15.
puzzleworld.org/DesignCompetition/2018/
Just email the guy, should be able to get it ;)
Could you have just lined up the "grain " of the inner part with the opening in the outer shell - then slowly rotated one with respect to the other until they aligned and allowed movement? If so, that seems like a flaw in the puzzle.
No, you also need the correct alignment on the perpendicular axis.
I'm just here for the spoiler break.
Kannst du ein gutes Puzzel empfehlen in dem man sein Gras verstecken kann?
🤣 Check the impossible dove tail box.
I watch another puzzle solver on YT called Chris Ramsey. You both solve similar puzzles, and I would love to see you both collab. I was thinking 1v1 timed challenges. Would be good to see you work together.
I seriously dislike Chris. He puts so many ads that it ruins the experience for me. Doesn't mattsr HOW HARD the puzzle is. He just stretches the video and puts ads.
Blind Boy he also swears in some of his videos
I thought he stabbed his hand when it exploded open
We should thank the inventor of 3D printer arent we
1:16 I'd like to see a fidget spinner that could do that.
I can't seem to find this puzzle on any of your links.
Would you like to have one?
@@dn8644 yeah how much are they?
@@@inspectorsteve2287 The puzzle cost only 16 Euros but shipping can be expensive it depends where you are living. Shipping to the US would cost 20 Euros as example.
@@dn8644 oh wow. That is expensive for something the size of a baseball. I'm guessing you are the one that makes them?
whats the point if you solved it before the video?
Everything after the spoiler break was recorded brfore the into. 😏
The table was on focus, not the puzzle :(
I can I get a 3d printed life
I like it, but not the fiddly reassembly.
Okeh
Omg he didnt put spoiler alert :O

Any cubers here?
yeah but hear me out.
MORE layers.
can you share the stl?
plsssss
revolutions per minute? du meinst wohl rounds per minute 🙈
Nein, revolutions per minute. Auch oft fälschlicherweise als rounds per minute bezeichnet. 😉
10,000 rpm? 166 revolutions per second? I think if your car tires rotated that fast you would be going 500 miles per hour i think.
All about the diameter. 😁
Looks 3d printed
He knows that to start that arm trainer you need a string? Not run it against your hand
MISSSTAH PZZWLLUH
Don't like the sextrity puzzles rather watch you great videos
Anyone else like the video before watching??
guess I'm way too early😀
You never can be too early
Mr.Puzzle indeed 😃
Please solve instead of giving us the answer for other videos too!
Didn't I do exactly that?
I think you over complicated the solution of this puzzle. While it wasn’t quite as straight forward at matching the pattern on the inside and the outside. You could tell straight away that that was how it would work.
The video showed my first attempt to find the solution
Watched a guy fondle a ball for 8mins...
