As a roamer i dont recommend going for molten essence or curse helmet whenever youre using a roamer that uses conceal cause sometimes when you want to catch someone off guard in the jungle or you cross the lane using conceal the conceal will get cancelled when your molten essence or curse helmet damages a minion or creeps
As a full time roamer since 2017, I approve of this message. I noticed that I do basically all of this stuff without even realizing it. Not only that I did pick up a few things that I didnt think of as well. Thank you.

Bonus Tip: Make sure to clear the midlane when turtle is up, if your Midlaner is smart he would be at exp atm which makes both of you level 4, if he doesn't then there's no harm unless enemies do this trick

Generally just the 'what to do' and 'not to do' when playing a particular role. Providing vision and knowing how to read the map/ situation are what a lot of players lack (sometimes I do too).

great guide! as a full time roamer, I pick up habit to shout the enemy jungle time (flicker, purify, or retribution). Kind of sucks because you cannot single carry in this role, but I think this is the most rewarding role. People might not know how it felt to use atlas ult and got 5 people, catching the enemy carries with Khufra 1st skill with flicker, or even just able to zone out enemy carries. Wait, this guide is actually amazing. There is a lot of things I can improve here despite being Mythical Glory, as an all role player, this will help me a lot. It also improve my decision making. Thanks, because people rarely make a guide about a roam role in general, it is always about specific Assasin hero.
also, remember that buying guardian helmet is always helpful when you don't want to recall after every engagement. just try to time your CC against marksmen so they don't get to land more than 5 shots on you.
It's amazing for poking at enemies to get them to waste abilities and then retreating and keeping them insight once they get the idea that attacking you is a waste of time. Becoming an endless pest is a huge help on many fronts to a decent team.

you earned my subs in less that 10 sec of video playing, i actually did pretty well playing as roamer but well theres always space for learning. i often played as roamer because i know thats tough job and not all people understood the assignment. they think roamer is all about babysitting marksman. thats why i always get scolded by crybaby marksman because i'll never stay with mm from early to late. my job is open map , initiate teamfights , zoning out enemies , checking the bush while my team lord or turtle just in case someone waiting to steal it , taking damage and skills for teammates and sacrifice my exp and gold to teams. babysit a marksman or jungler is not on my list and never.

Something you didn't mention is that sometimes when your jungler is fighting turtle or lord it can be better to work with the fighter to simply prevent the enemy jungle from getting close.

Before when i was just a beginner and it was around 3-4 years ago, the squad i was with forced me to be the tank all the time so i had no choice LOL and the tutorials were all over the place, so I self learned and im still a roamer main. But even so, your vid also helped me more because there are still things I also need to improve despite being a glory player, ty ❤️
I got bored this week and started using Selena Roam ... Oh man , she's so much fun and late game with that roam buff , she can chomp away the back line and give so much information early game.

As a long time tank main, I can agree most of this is true but keep in mind making sets for the mage and jg early on won't always work for 2 reasons- 1. They are early game heroes (like ceci for mage or YSS for assassins just an example) so lack damage and 2. They are just probably new to the role(possibly even the game) or are having a bad game. during this time just help them farm. This will probably more common in lower ranks! Roamers also don't limit to tanks. Heroes like Natalia, Selena, sometimes Martis, Arlott(has really good crown control making him great at team fights), etc., work well. Keep in mind some of these heroes are built to maximize damage so only pick them if your team has a tanky Jungler and exp laner.
Im aware that there are 3 types of roamers, i’ve just chosen to focus on the regular tank role as mentioned in descrip. Regarding the early game lack in damage, yss and ceci are arguably the most scaling jg and mage combo, in most cases you will be fine. The meta has been 131 for a very long time If you’re playing with a jg like ling, hanzo or yss, you just rotate with the mage and let them hit their powerspike.

damn as a tank main [khuf] i do all these things but if someone asks i juss dunno if what i should tell them for them to be a good roamer... very in depth guide and loved how u showed how tanks need to think the most... hope my solo q noob teammates get this on their recommendation...

this is the most helpful guide I've seen but my brain is only set on two things; survival and turret pushing
Something you didn't mention is that sometimes when your jungler is fighting turtle or lord it can be better to work with the fighter to simply prevent the enemy jungle from getting close.
3:22 cheers to you for knowing this so many players don’t even know what Selena’s trap in bush does.. my tank always runs when selena sets a trap on bush just so he wouldn’t loose hp instead of eliminating the vision.
Before when i was just a beginner and it was around 3-4 years ago, the squad i was with forced me to be the tank all the time so i had no choice LOL and the tutorials were all over the place, so I self learned and im still a roamer main. But even so, your vid also helped me more because there are still things I also need to improve despite being a glory player, ty ❤️

I got bored this week and started using Selena Roam ... Oh man , she's so much fun and late game with that roam buff , she can chomp away the back line and give so much information early game.

As a long time tank main, I can agree most of this is true but keep in mind making sets for the mage and jg early on won't always work for 2 reasons- 1. They are early game heroes (like ceci for mage or YSS for assassins just an example) so lack damage and 2. They are just probably new to the role(possibly even the game) or are having a bad game. during this time just help them farm. This will probably more common in lower ranks! Roamers also don't limit to tanks. Heroes like Natalia, Selena, sometimes Martis, Arlott(has really good crown control making him great at team fights), etc., work well. Keep in mind some of these heroes are built to maximize damage so only pick them if your team has a tanky Jungler and exp laner.
Im aware that there are 3 types of roamers, i’ve just chosen to focus on the regular tank role as mentioned in descrip. Regarding the early game lack in damage, yss and ceci are arguably the most scaling jg and mage combo, in most cases you will be fine. The meta has been 131 for a very long time
If you’re playing with a jg like ling, hanzo or yss, you just rotate with the mage and let them hit their powerspike.
As a natalia roam this bush tip was most helpful cuz I always get confused in bushes
