Krusty was a cute kid! And I choose to believe that it's makeup, but perhaps because he wears the makeup so often and it's caked on, whenever he takes it off sometimes it'll seep through the pores on his skin and resurface. They seem like they'd have a sweet relationship if they were able to work things out. The one thing I'd like to know is how was Krusty illiterate?(as revealed in Krusty Gets Busted) In some other episodes later on he seems to be reading from cue cards, so perhaps he learned, but how was he illiterate before that? Could he only read and write in Hebrew?

In my headcannon she eventually got her own TV show elsewhere after her segment attracted so much attention, and had to move away for filming, leading to her and Krusty and her being unable to hold their relationship together. In my mind that's why the Krusty the Clown Show performers other than Mr Teenie, Krusty, Mel and Sideshow Bob, rarely show up again - because either they get fired or are recruited to have their own shows or star on bigger ones.
