A year later today, I have dropped 40 pounds, I eat clean and exercise regularly. These messages may sound harsh in the moment but they are good for us.

I’m on a budget so I stopped getting my nails done and I use cuticle oil every day...my nails have grown longer, stronger and healthier. I take my vitamins, meal prep and drink a gallon of water everyday and my hair is thicker and my skin is clearer. I love to workout so I threw away all of my busted active wear and invested in my clothes. It has helped me a great deal to love myself and I even work out even more 💕 there’s so many alternatives to live your best you! Now I’m ready to leave San Diego and explore. It’s helping me to work towards writing my book. Let’s get it family!!!!

Before this pandemic , I used to get my nails and feet done every 2 weeks . After the pandemic hit , and the nail spa closed. I purchased a gel UV light with gel nail polish from Amazon for $40 bucks. I learned and started to do my own gel manicures.
I don't do gel manicures. But, I'll do the basic, just because I don't like long nails. But, COVID forced me to watch manicure videos and learn how to do it on my own.
Not to sound like one of those pick me simps, but the same women asking “why do I need to do all that for a man” are the same one’s missing out on potential matches. Expecting a man to be everything on your lists but you can’t even tweak your appearance or whatever it is to really catch that man’s attention isn’t fair. Be the best version of yourself.

Also how many quality clothing items(with tags) Calvin Klein, Donna Karan, Nordstrom, Talbots, Lands End , Ralph Lauren etc..I’ve discovered at thrift or consignment shops? Shop Marshall’s for many quality beauty items, Shishedo, Olay, Shea Moisture & so many others, gotten at reduced prices, I personally do press ons & you wouldn’t believe how often my nails are complemented, even my 1.25 dollar tree ones. Ladies, I'm not one to wear acrylics. They make me so uncomfortable, but i decided to start taking care of my nails 2 months ago. I use nail polish sometimes, but I found some inexpensive nail polish strips called dashing diva nail strips and I absolutely love them! They make my nails looks so beautiful and clean! I exercise using CZcams videos and walk the neighborhood. I also cleanse my skin every morning and night and wash or change out the pillowcases every week.

Tony, I workout 7 days a week. I walk or ride my bike. I am fully invested in myself. I wear "NIKE" from head to toe because their legging/ tights are excellent quality wash after wash!!!

Our bodies, including our appearance, are the temple of the Precious Holy Spirit. Eat better, sleep better, get into a good and fun physical fitness program for you, wear appropriate and lovely makeup that works for you, style your hair, nails etc. but make sure our houses are in order too. This message came right on time! I've been preaching to the choir about how important it is to level yourself up, in all aspects of life, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, before being concerned about being in a relationship. Some people just aren't ready to receive such a message. Meanwhile, I'm focusing on elevating myself while some women I know refuse to do the work on themselves and wonder why they continue to attract, low-value, no good men.
Back in the day we use to dress for success because you never knew whose watching but this person could help you to get a better job. So why not be your best self? Losing or gaining weight is not easy but gotta get on the work because BMI to high can cause diabetes and high blood pressure. You don't want to finally meet a spouse and be sick. I will admit since March 2020 Covid-19, being home it has gotten easy to be lazy jogging pants, PJ's & not have hair done working from home. However, I will make myself presentable if I must go out. The coaching call on Friday inspired me to level up, and help me break out the poverty mindset the next day I decided to go to the mall & get matched correctly for makeup because I said why not upgrade my look & I decided that I would try and purchase some quality makeup because I usually buy make up from the drug store (not to say there isn’t quality makeup at the drug store) I just wanted to get in the habit of exposing myself to the finer things in life. Unfortunately because of C19 the makeup people can’t touch your face BUT I walked away with some quality skin care products to improve my natural skin so when I do wear make up it’ll look better! So I’m excited to improve myself & my wardrobe I said I wasn’t going to buy anything for myself until im at my goal weight but why not treat myself to a nice pair of shoes or a quality purse in the meantime. I feel like this year I need to really focus on the body B in the three B’s more.

I love medium length nails. I always loved the look as long as I can remember for years. I think many women want to try the look but are afraid of what others may say about them. I use to be one of those that was afraid to try things because"most men dont like that". Oh please. The men who say that are only saying that mess because they do not want to be cheap when it comes to you. When you look put together they know you may require that he may bring more to the table. Cheap and insecure men want low maintenance women.

Also how many quality clothing items(with tags) Calvin Klein, Donna Karan, Nordstrom, Talbots, Lands End , Ralph Lauren etc..I’ve discovered at thrift or consignment shops? Shop Marshall’s for many quality beauty items, Shishedo, Olay, Shea Moisture & so many others, gotten at reduced prices, I personally do press ons & you wouldn’t believe how often my nails are complemented, even my 1.25 dollar tree ones. I’m basically saying these days there are sooooo many options available for self improvement, so yes, it’s a mindset 👏🏾
Ladies, I'm not one to wear acrylics. They make me so uncomfortable, but i decided to start taking care of my nails 2 months ago. I use nail polish sometimes, but I found some inexpensive nail polish strips called dashing diva nail strips and I absolutely love them! They make my nails looks so beautiful and clean!

Avoid Rainbow clothing and spandex clothing at ALL costs!! 😂
I exercise using CZcams videos and walk the neighborhood. I also cleanse my skin every morning and night and wash or change out the pillowcases every week.
Use a soap or cleanser with goat's milk to cleanse your face for clear skin.
Also aloe vera gel helps fade acne scars.

We should desire to be pure gold not 14k plated gold....just as we want a pure heart ❤ and body . Don't be in a rush for a thing (a man, a job, a title or position) go after God. Our bodies, including our appearance, are the temple of the Precious Holy Spirit. Eat better, sleep better, get into a good and fun physical fitness program for you, wear appropriate and lovely makeup that works for you, style your hair, nails etc. but make sure our houses are in order too. Keep our eyes on the beauty of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit shall usher us into true undefiled beauty inside and out. The man shall come when we are ready but Jesus is our first love. I've been preaching to the choir about how important it is to level yourself up, in all aspects of life, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, before being concerned about being in a relationship. Back in the day we use to dress for success because you never knew whose watching but this person could help you to get a better job. So why not be your best self? Losing or gaining weight is not easy but gotta get on the work because BMI to high can cause diabetes and high blood pressure. You don't want to finally meet a spouse and be sick. I will admit since March 2020 Covid-19, being home it has gotten easy to be lazy jogging pants, PJ's & not have hair done working from home. However, I will make myself presentable if I must go out. Thanks Tony for this! The coaching call on Friday inspired me to level up, and help me break out the poverty mindset the next day I decided to go to the mall & get matched correctly for makeup because I said why not upgrade my look & I decided that I would try and purchase some quality makeup because I usually buy make up from the drug store (not to say there isn’t quality makeup at the drug store) I just wanted to get in the habit of exposing myself to the finer things in life. Unfortunately because of C19 the makeup people can’t touch your face BUT I walked away with some quality skin care products to improve my natural skin so when I do wear make up it’ll look better! So I’m excited to improve myself & my wardrobe I said I wasn’t going to buy anything for myself until im at my goal weight but why not treat myself to a nice pair of shoes or a quality purse in the meantime. I feel like this year I need to really focus on the body B in the three B’s more.
Dress nice for the size you are now. Represent for your current body type while you slim down.
I’m so excited about what 2021 has in store for me! Going to continue to do the work on my spiritual being, physical body, and mind.

I love medium length nails. I always loved the look as long as I can remember for years. I think many women want to try the look but are afraid of what others may say about them. I use to be one of those that was afraid to try things because"most men dont like that". Oh please. The men who say that are only saying that mess because they do not want to be cheap when it comes to you. When you look put together they know you may require that he may bring more to the table. Cheap and insecure men want low maintenance women.
I don't know why ladies get so offended when a guy who works out, eats right and takes care of themselves is not attracted to them who are overweight/obese, doesn't eat right and say I'm "curvy" not realising a man doesn't want to do extra weightlifting!
I agree. Everything you mentioned is a part of self love. How a person looks is a representation of how they feel about themselves. If you love and care about yourself you will always strive to be your best self. Looks and otherwise.
