Emma and William ~ A Stunning City Wedding at the State Room in Boston, MA

Emma and Will first met while students at Mass Amherst but didn’t start dating until meeting up again after college at an alumni event. It was a reintroduction through friends that led to their six year courtship and wedding day at the incredible State Room in downtown Boston, overlooking the harbor. With the bride and groom already living downtown, they felt the State Room was the perfect place to gather family and friends for the celebration while enjoying one of the best view of the city that Boston had to offer!
We started our day with Emma and Will just before the ceremony, capturing guests as they arrived to the sunlight filled Great Room. Before being led to her groom by her parents, Emma made an elegant entrance at the top of the glass staircase and descended to then make her was down the aisle to Will. With Boston Harbor and its skyline as their backdrop, the two made their vows then came back down the aisle together, as loved ones cheered, a newly married couple.
As guests enjoyed a lively cocktail hour, the dining room was set with ebony tablecloths, lush ivory florals and glimmer glass and silver accents that matched the twinkling lights of the city as the sun went down. All were treated to loving toasts and wonderful food that led to a very fun night of dancing that was just getting going as our cameras departed.
