im trying to pick up switch hitting as a junior in high school, it's pretty late but i have the swing down, i just haven't seen live pitching from the left side yet lol. i can hit soft toss and tee work pretty decent tho
Keep it up. I started late myself in high school. But once you get comfortable it feels so natural.
Really never thought about how it would affect injuries, batting lefty all game and then having to switch to righty at the end.

Yeah I think you can learn it at any age but anything you do is more natural the younger you started doing it. I started when I was 11 or 12 so 15 should still be plenty early. Good luck!
