I have a feeling the scenic lifts will finish a bit before the BP3 express lifts. Also I think they'll make the BP3 express lifts permanently express (as they technically still can go to other floors, they just don't stop there) - they'll probably remove the doors on floors other than G and 2/3A. And probably shaft height may be decreased down to 3A level, if they're gonna convert it into MRL. We'll see.
