This mall could have been used as the EX. Specialist Shopping Centre/ Hotel Phoenix demolished in 2008. The mall used to have some Otis Autotronic and might have used a Spec 50 buttons, then modernised in 2005 with dot matrix indicator. Their department store Little John’s was the biggest department store in that mall before its closure in 2007

Nice mod on Hyundai... have you filmed the lifts at Surabaya yet? If you haven't try Tour of Elevators in Tunjungan Plaza Complex with JC 95 Elevators, NP1C and Esdalev complete with Four Points Sheraton Sby, TP Office that has DOAS, and Pakuwon Tower Surabaya which id Surabaya's version of the tower with same name in Jakarta had except the floors served is 7 floors less than Jakarta's (like 40 for instance but top floor is skipped 40-49, so it becomes 50) and no VIP lift. Also Schindler 7000 w/ PORT in Pakuwon Tower Jakarta (Mid Zone, tenant is HR RGF in L26 with discovery of Shortest PORT in ID in Low Zone bank that serves 1-3 & 5)❤

Now that's what I call a true modernization, which I really like the newer one than before!

The first elevators, located in the Condotel Wing, were installed in 2011 since the tower was built between 2008 and 2011. The second elevators (Merdeka Wing) are probably replacement from old OTIS based on the service elevators which have been modernized by Louser. The KONEs in the seven storey building, known as Lembong Wing, replaced some unknown old elevators which had received a mod by Louser. That wing was completed in 1976.

The first Hyundai elevator isn't a modernization as it's located in a newer extension building. But the second one is probably a replacement from Louser.
