I do not have a problem with Marcus Stroman getting frustrated and reacting the way that he did. He had every right to do so. Somebody needed to get into Gleyber's head and tell him to step it up. It also lifted the team to do better and they responded in a huge way. Props to you Stro keep doing your thing.

Love to see a guy get passionate about the game. We all know Judge didn't just talk about fielding, but I don't blame him for not wanting to talk about how he came over to calm him down. Stroman has been a rock for this team, and a solid pitching performance is what they needed after the "lull" they've been having and it's exactly what he gave them. Hopefully the Yanks can use this momentum well to close this series strong.

No problem with Stroman. Someone has to step up and show some fire, even if it's slightly misdirected. It may have been deeper than just one double-play missed opportunity. It could have been a general ass-kicking that needed to be handed out. Judge is a captain, not just a leader. You can lead even by showing some raw emotion. That's not Judge's style, and would be disingenuous if he were to do so in that way. Even if Gleyber thinks he's doing enough, it needs to be 110%, not just what you think is 100%. Hopefully, the message got through. Or will get through.

It's mind boggling how Strohman reacted so angrily at his teammate. After all, the replay showed a perfect attempt at a double play, and the runner beat it out. Strohman should have understood, the ball wasn't hit hard, and secondly, why didn't he show 'raw emotion' when it was he himself that loaded the bases? He only showed anger toward his teammate, not himself. That's selfishness.

The rule is, you don't call out your teammates on the field, even if you have something to complain about, which he didn't. That's baseball - just ask Suzyn Waldman. Anyway, whatever.
