+DIRTY MUD FLAPS hey mate, first time I got tested everything was low. 1.5 million/ml. Progressive Motility around 9% and Morphology at 1%. After 3 months of Menevit + no coffee count went up to about 14 million, 19% and Morphology at 3%. After 6 months of Menevit + no coffee count went up to 21 million, progressive motility 24% and Morphology at 4%.
When is the best time to take? With food or without food?
